Obama Born In The U.S. ? New Facts Say; “Probably Not!”
Let me be the first to admit that I have been a constant debunker of the “Obama Born Overseas” stories. How could it be possible? How could the DNC, Hillary, Edwards, the RNC, McCain, Romney, AP, BBC, ABC, FNC, etc, (and every 100th listing in the DC phone book) not have checked this out to its last level of possibility?
Well, it appears that they didn’t! Everyone assumed “the other guy did it.”
Forget for the moment all the clues left by the high-priced Obama and DNC legal teams. They are huge.
Obama and the DNC always argue “standing.” They could eliminate every legal challenge in 5 minutes by simply producing a certified copy of the original long-form birth certificate. Throw in the testimony of the Hawaii Registrar of Documents, a few retired FBI chief document examiners, and the doctor who delivered him for good measure.
If they did that in two or three courts of record, in light of the obvious media coverage it would receive, every other court nationwide would accept the precedence and the cases would all be over.
But they don’t. They keep telling the courts, “please don’t hear this case.” No proof of any kind. Just the legalese argument that the plaintiffs have no standing before that court.
That’s so overreaching, it’s like buying a refinery to get a 3000 mile oil change! And one day, some court is going to say…. “Show me the money, er,. ah, I mean, Show me the documents!”
But there is a second, and perhaps new point!
Where is that doctor who delivered him, or the midwife?
Stop and think. The delivery of a half Negro – half Caucasian baby was rare anyhere in 1961. Oriental babies were common in Hawaii of course, but a half Negro-half Caucasian baby with the funny name of Barrack Obama, in Hawaii? In 1961?
Even of you were a Republican, if you delivered a future President of the United States, wouldn’t you call some newspaper somewhere with your story. Or if you were the assistant obstetrician, or the anesthesiologist, or the scrub nurse?
What about the circulating nurse, or the pediatrician, one of a dozen nurses on the 24 hour-a-day shifts in the nursery, one of many nurses on the ward where Mrs. Obama would have stayed for three days, a records registrar, a technician of any kind, hell, even the janitor!
What about the clerks, ambulance drivers….. somebody ?!?!?!
Anybody ?!?!?!
Wouldn’t someone have been yelling their “credit” for this from the rooftops???? The date when he was born is (supposedly) known. Certainly all these (supposed) people would know where they were working then!
Where is somebody, anybody, who was there or even remembers the birth?

I believe Obama was born in the United States, a child of the tooth fairy and easter bunny.

See, we aren’t all crazy to think something is amiss.
New arguments are not new information...sorry. None of them would speak if they were honoring their commitment to patient confidentiality. There also may not be that many people involved that are still living.
You have a valid point, but it is refuted by certain realities.
That said, I got my daughter’s birth certificate for a few dollars and a few minutes of time. Why would you not do that if given the opportunity to settle a few dozen lawsuits?
Bingo. I used to believe Obama was born in Hawaii, but that the issue needed to be pursued to protect the Constitution. Now, I think Obama may not have been born in Hawaii after all, so this issue may have practical as well as philosophical ramifications.
Please don’t scare the children looking forward to Easter and the money under their pillow from losing a tooth.
Her nearly verbatim recollection of the conversation she had with the doctor 48 years ago seemed fishy to me. The whole article smelled, imo.

I delivered 60+ babies in Brooklyn, NY in 1975. Trashy white girls squeezing out dark babies were a dime a dozen.
And, I remember lots of specifics - like the first time I reached for a head and got a foot.
But names? and faces?

1961 was 48 years ago. No doctor will remember ANYBODY he delivered 48 years ago by name. Especially not a mixed-race child in Hawaii, which was as common then as it is now.
Wrong. There is no expectation of confidentiality that he was born. Most of us are, (at least the ones with a belly button!) Complication,s etc, would be covered by confidentiality, but not core issue of his birth.
For example, the fact that a young Dr. Red Duke (yes, that Red Duke) was the physician to treat JFK was announced on Nov 22. The details of the exact treatment, injuries were held for much longer.
Reporting a birth is not against HIPAA laws. Reporting the medical condition of the baby or parent could be. Births are reported as a matter of record for a reason.
It didn’t even need to spend a few dollars. He said in his book he had a copy folded away.
Do fairies have babies, or does that require the involvement of a fertility clinic? If so, where are those guys? Did they even exist back then?

Why would you debunk the theories since you obviously had no clue about the truth?
the questions you raised scratch the surface, and were some of the same unanswered questions when this was raised months ago. Did you ease your conscience any by writing this vanity?
It’s pretty damn foolish to take on the debunker role when you are not even educated about the facts.
According to what I could find out, Obama was physically born either in Kenya, as anechdotal evidence from his relatives suggests, or following the time line of his moms locus, he was born in British Columbia, Canada.
Subsequently Obama's birth was registered as a Hawaiian born abroad, as allowed by Hawaii law.This makes Obama, according to state law, de jure born in Hawaii.His defacto birth, as required by Article II, section 1 of the US Constitution on US soil, was most likely outside of US territory.
He is therefore likely unqualified to be president.
This is why Obama has fought to have these various cases dismissed on the issue of standing, and why Obama's Hawaiian birth records in Hawaii have been sealed, as he can demand, unless the person asking for the information is a relative,according to Hawaiian law.
Anyone who can crack this legal knot, and have a case with the Hawaiian evidence brought in Federal Court would be a hero. Right now it is the Golden Fleece of the conservative legal world.

I know that legally the fact of birth is not necewssarily protected, but in this litigious society, with a potential plaintiff like Obama, would you speak up? No way!
