Yes I can see the similarities too..when he smiles he had big bunny teeth but at least the tooth fairy mother made em straight and white..and the ears..well that is from the father’s side...bunny did it.

I buy the idea of a US birth as well, but I think it was in a New York City brownstone and the mother's name was Rosemary.....
