Obama Born In The U.S. ? New Facts Say; “Probably Not!”
Let me be the first to admit that I have been a constant debunker of the “Obama Born Overseas” stories. How could it be possible? How could the DNC, Hillary, Edwards, the RNC, McCain, Romney, AP, BBC, ABC, FNC, etc, (and every 100th listing in the DC phone book) not have checked this out to its last level of possibility?
Well, it appears that they didn’t! Everyone assumed “the other guy did it.”
Forget for the moment all the clues left by the high-priced Obama and DNC legal teams. They are huge.
Obama and the DNC always argue “standing.” They could eliminate every legal challenge in 5 minutes by simply producing a certified copy of the original long-form birth certificate. Throw in the testimony of the Hawaii Registrar of Documents, a few retired FBI chief document examiners, and the doctor who delivered him for good measure.
If they did that in two or three courts of record, in light of the obvious media coverage it would receive, every other court nationwide would accept the precedence and the cases would all be over.
But they don’t. They keep telling the courts, “please don’t hear this case.” No proof of any kind. Just the legalese argument that the plaintiffs have no standing before that court.
That’s so overreaching, it’s like buying a refinery to get a 3000 mile oil change! And one day, some court is going to say…. “Show me the money, er,. ah, I mean, Show me the documents!”
But there is a second, and perhaps new point!
Where is that doctor who delivered him, or the midwife?
Stop and think. The delivery of a half Negro – half Caucasian baby was rare anyhere in 1961. Oriental babies were common in Hawaii of course, but a half Negro-half Caucasian baby with the funny name of Barrack Obama, in Hawaii? In 1961?
Even of you were a Republican, if you delivered a future President of the United States, wouldn’t you call some newspaper somewhere with your story. Or if you were the assistant obstetrician, or the anesthesiologist, or the scrub nurse?
What about the circulating nurse, or the pediatrician, one of a dozen nurses on the 24 hour-a-day shifts in the nursery, one of many nurses on the ward where Mrs. Obama would have stayed for three days, a records registrar, a technician of any kind, hell, even the janitor!
What about the clerks, ambulance drivers….. somebody ?!?!?!
Anybody ?!?!?!
Wouldn’t someone have been yelling their “credit” for this from the rooftops???? The date when he was born is (supposedly) known. Certainly all these (supposed) people would know where they were working then!
Where is somebody, anybody, who was there or even remembers the birth?

In 1971, the Supreme Court held Congress is not limited in Statutory law of parentage, augmented by Residency Requirements (jus sanguinis), to the the citizenship clause of the Fourteenth Amendment (Rogers v Bellei, 1971).
Consequently, Obama is probably a U.S. citizen by statutory law. He is probably considered a Natural Born Citizen, but there’s a chance the Supreme Court will find that he is not a Natural Born Citizen. Therefore, Obama will spend whatever he has to make sure his case is not ruled on.
0’s blood is now starting to leak into the water. Once the sea goes red with it, he will be swamped with eligibility evidence, out of the woodwork.

No, you wouldn’t. Also, remember Obama and his minions have taken several trips over to Hawaii.
At this point few remain that are not aware that he was not born here.
But many still asume that there must be some loop-hole that covers him.
Watch what you wish for. You’ll have a bunch of aged Democrats come out and say: “Hey! I was the midwife!” “Yeah, and I was the janitor!” “Oh, yeah... no doubt about it. I remember it VERY clearly because the baby was so obviously destined for greatness...”

Secondly, it's a dirty little secret that many Hawaiians have a vehement dislike of mainlanders. It ‘s especially true of the hate of Negros.
It's common in the Orient. The last time I was in Japan (2001) where the caste system is still so strong, Negro American businessman could not do any deals. Many hotels would not admit them, serve them in restaurants, etc. Many taxis wouldn't even pick them up!
It would have been remembered, by someone...... anyone....

Bullcrap! The mother is dead ,, no problems disclosing info ,, especially as we’re not talking about medical info ,, infections , funny birthmarks or anything possibly embarrasing .. HIPAA wasn’t law in 1961 ... if anyone connected to this birth was to be found they would have been interviewed ,,, there has been one very suspect report that named the doctor who delivered ,, he conveniently died a few years ago... If you want a firsthand account of the birth you need to learn swahili.
Why doesn’t someone follow his mother’s social security number to see if they can locate exactly where she was when he was born. Is Obama’s ss number from Hawaii or does he even have one?
Do you mean that Congress can change by legislation the definition of “natural born citizen” to mean anything that it wants, just to suit the needs of the current situation? If that is so, we the people no longer have the final authority in determining the terms of the social contract under which we have been operating for the last 233 years.
The meaning of the Constitution should mean only what the framers intended that it mean.
I would say who delivered me and what hospital I was born in so I could give them some tourist money. Possibly a book, Hussein was born here! I would want my library built there so I would want the citizens behind me.
And dangit, I would want (as Daschle mentioned when he bowed out) nothing taking precedent over the tasks at hand. Get all this nonsense out of the way so we can work together and trust.
Obama has chosen to lie to the people and courts and have his personal attorney be the DNC attorney,(how convenient) paid for by your tax dollars continue to assault the Constitution.
The doctor who delivered me July 30, 1961 knows me by name and I’m a “nobody”.
I believe there is no birth certificate for the simplest of reasons: The messiah is of an immaculate conception. Look for the ox, sheep or creche for possible clues.
Its not the mother’s confidentiality that is at issue, it is Obama’s rights that the medical people would try to protect. Also, why would they risk litigation if to simply reamin silent would cost them nothing?
Besides, long before the campaign, I’ll bet these people, if they existed at all (which I doubt) would have been paid off - he is from Blago land, after all.

Aside from not simply obtaining and producing the “long form” but instead fighting all the lawsuits, this is the one issue that gets me the most. The “factcheck” copy was from 2007, I believe, and his book with that admission was written much earlier: why would he not produce the “copy folded away” for factcheck?
