Its not the mother’s confidentiality that is at issue, it is Obama’s rights that the medical people would try to protect. Also, why would they risk litigation if to simply reamin silent would cost them nothing?
Besides, long before the campaign, I’ll bet these people, if they existed at all (which I doubt) would have been paid off - he is from Blago land, after all.

Once again I will state that HIPAA wasn’t around in 1961 ,, also stating that John Doe was delivered by Jim Smith at xx:xx am on xx,xx,1961 with Jane Doe assisting with the delivery in Downtown Hospital is NOT A CONFIDENTIALITY ISSUE ,, it is a matter of public record ,, the problems would occur if they disclosed that he had jaundice , contracted herpes from mom or something similar...
Maybe you should worry more about our rights ,, specifically our right to KNOW (not guess) that our leader is eligible in the eyes of the constitution.
