The doctor who delivered me July 30, 1961 knows me by name and I’m a “nobody”.

The doctor who delivered me in 1960 is long dead.

No offense, and not saying Obama was born in the US, but I couldn’t tell you the name of the doctor who delivered me, nor the one who delivered my son. I sincerely doubt either of them would remember either of us by name and wouldn’t expect them to. That is, of course, assuming either is even still alive and, in the case of the doctor who delivered me, I would assume he is not.

Was he your family doctor? If so, he probably got a lot of reinforcement. If the doctor hadn’t seen you since, it would be much harder for him to remember you.
