Obama Born In The U.S. ? New Facts And Questions Say; 'Probably Not!'

Obama Born In The U.S. ? New Facts Say; “Probably Not!”

Let me be the first to admit that I have been a constant debunker of the “Obama Born Overseas” stories. How could it be possible? How could the DNC, Hillary, Edwards, the RNC, McCain, Romney, AP, BBC, ABC, FNC, etc, (and every 100th listing in the DC phone book) not have checked this out to its last level of possibility?

Well, it appears that they didn’t! Everyone assumed “the other guy did it.”

Forget for the moment all the clues left by the high-priced Obama and DNC legal teams. They are huge.

Obama and the DNC always argue “standing.” They could eliminate every legal challenge in 5 minutes by simply producing a certified copy of the original long-form birth certificate. Throw in the testimony of the Hawaii Registrar of Documents, a few retired FBI chief document examiners, and the doctor who delivered him for good measure.

If they did that in two or three courts of record, in light of the obvious media coverage it would receive, every other court nationwide would accept the precedence and the cases would all be over.

But they don’t. They keep telling the courts, “please don’t hear this case.” No proof of any kind. Just the legalese argument that the plaintiffs have no standing before that court.

That’s so overreaching, it’s like buying a refinery to get a 3000 mile oil change! And one day, some court is going to say…. “Show me the money, er,. ah, I mean, Show me the documents!”

But there is a second, and perhaps new point!

Where is that doctor who delivered him, or the midwife?

Stop and think. The delivery of a half Negro – half Caucasian baby was rare anyhere in 1961. Oriental babies were common in Hawaii of course, but a half Negro-half Caucasian baby with the funny name of Barrack Obama, in Hawaii? In 1961?

Even of you were a Republican, if you delivered a future President of the United States, wouldn’t you call some newspaper somewhere with your story. Or if you were the assistant obstetrician, or the anesthesiologist, or the scrub nurse?

What about the circulating nurse, or the pediatrician, one of a dozen nurses on the 24 hour-a-day shifts in the nursery, one of many nurses on the ward where Mrs. Obama would have stayed for three days, a records registrar, a technician of any kind, hell, even the janitor!

What about the clerks, ambulance drivers….. somebody ?!?!?!

Anybody ?!?!?!

Wouldn’t someone have been yelling their “credit” for this from the rooftops???? The date when he was born is (supposedly) known. Certainly all these (supposed) people would know where they were working then!

Where is somebody, anybody, who was there or even remembers the birth?

Sherlock Holmes once solved a case by noticing the dog that DID NOT bark.

Is this the same situation?

—despite the countervailing evidence of a certified birth certificate, a birth announcement in the local newspaper..

You are correct in your assertions, but neither item are in any way proof of a natural born citizen.

In 1961 a foreign born child of a Hawaii resident could be registered in Hawaii - Therefore they would have a valid Hawaiian Birth Certificate but NOT necessarily be a "natural born citizen", and in 0bama's case he would not be given his mother's age and father's nationality.

The newspaper announcement is merely a result of his birth being registered in Hawaii (all registrations were reported in the paper) and shed no further light on his eligibility, it merely confirms his birth was registered, but, as already stated, that didn't validate his eligibility.

So your "Evidence" is meaningless, and the preponderance of evidence is that 0bama is going to extraordinary lengths, and cost, to conceal the details of his birth certificate.

Perhaps you should address that...

Called a Con Law buddy in LA who agreed.    Who on Earth would trust a constitutional lawyer from California to know squat about the U.S. Constitution?

None of them would speak if they were honoring their commitment to patient confidentiality

what patient confidentiality? http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090206/ap_on_re_us/octuplets

The doctors' reports were included in more than 300 pages of documents released to The Associated Press by the state Division of Workers' Compensation ....which were released to the AP following a public records request

"His grandmother, though, and older half-brother and half-sister, who all were old enough to remember his birth, claimed to have been present at his birth in Kenya. "
You can go to Kenya with a 20 dollar bill and get a dozen people to say anything you want them to say.  Great evidence!

1961 was 48 years ago. No doctor will remember ANYBODY he delivered 48 years ago by name

Don't need to.

If he was born in Hawaii the doctor's name will be on the original Birth Certificate along with the location.

But 0bama won't let us see that...

Probably because that information doesn't exist.....

What if Dad and Mom are NB citizens,

Even if they had been previously natrualized, the child would be natural born...but BHO's father was not a citizen at all, nor did he ever become one. One citizen parent doesn't cut it, in most circumstances. He was was British subject at birth, and if born in the US also a US Citizen, but probably not a natural born citizen. If not born in the US, then not a citizen at all, under the laws of the time. Unless later naturalized of course.

When did you do this?

Or who do you know who has done this ?

The doctor who delivered me July 30, 1961 knows me by name and I’m a “nobody”.

HAHA Now that’s funny!

But, why go through the trouble to obtain the watered-down short form dated 2007 (I mean, he actually had to go out of his way to get it from Hawaii), when he could just pull the one he found in 1986 or whenever from his safe. Doesn’t make sense unless there was something negative on the folded copy.

Somewhere I have an original copy of my birth certificate. I have seen it since 1986. I have no idea where it is right now. When I needed one for passport purposes it was a lot easier to just order a copy and all I received was something similar to Obama's "certification".

It seems rather unlikely that Obama had a safe in 1986.

Funny, I thought when you added NOT to a thing you had nothing.

Was he born in the US? I think it is a valid question. Absent the original certificate, the only way to determine his place of birth is to look for evidence (ie facts, not because he says so) to prove or disprove. I hardly call that delusional.

Producing the original birth certificate could shut this down right away and save alot of money in billable hours. Makes no sense to me.

Oh, and factcheck? Since when is that a reliable source?

“Besides, long before the campaign, I’ll bet these people, if they existed at all (which I doubt) would have been paid off - he is from Blago land, after all.”

They would have been “offed” alright, and I don’t mean paid either if you know what I mean.

Whoever sealed Obama’s “birth certificate”

No one sealed it. In Hawaii, and in most other states now, birth certificates can not be accessed by just anyone. Pretty much has to be the person themselves, or a close relative, who needs it for a limited number of reasons.

The person themselves *can* give access to others however.

Damn, they are cheap in Kenya. Carville priced it at 100 dollar bills through trailer parks.

"you probably would remember the more exotic Barack Hussein Obama".   You obviously haven't spent much time in the islands if you think that's an exotic name.

The only people speaking up are in Kenya! Therefore, he was a British citizen when born, IMHO.

He's admitted that much, because it doesn't matter where he was born. In cases of split nationality of the parents, "natural born" goes with the father, if the parents are married or the father acknowledges paternity. Now citizenship can go with both, and so if the One was born in Hawaii, or anywhere in the US, then he was also a citizen of the US, but not necessarily a natural born one.

One thing is beyond doubt. He is hiding something and it has to do with his BC. Or lack of one.

It’s not terribly Hawaiian or Japanese is it? Were Arabic names common there in the early ‘60s?
