Obama Born In The U.S. ? New Facts Say; “Probably Not!”
Let me be the first to admit that I have been a constant debunker of the “Obama Born Overseas” stories. How could it be possible? How could the DNC, Hillary, Edwards, the RNC, McCain, Romney, AP, BBC, ABC, FNC, etc, (and every 100th listing in the DC phone book) not have checked this out to its last level of possibility?
Well, it appears that they didn’t! Everyone assumed “the other guy did it.”
Forget for the moment all the clues left by the high-priced Obama and DNC legal teams. They are huge.
Obama and the DNC always argue “standing.” They could eliminate every legal challenge in 5 minutes by simply producing a certified copy of the original long-form birth certificate. Throw in the testimony of the Hawaii Registrar of Documents, a few retired FBI chief document examiners, and the doctor who delivered him for good measure.
If they did that in two or three courts of record, in light of the obvious media coverage it would receive, every other court nationwide would accept the precedence and the cases would all be over.
But they don’t. They keep telling the courts, “please don’t hear this case.” No proof of any kind. Just the legalese argument that the plaintiffs have no standing before that court.
That’s so overreaching, it’s like buying a refinery to get a 3000 mile oil change! And one day, some court is going to say…. “Show me the money, er,. ah, I mean, Show me the documents!”
But there is a second, and perhaps new point!
Where is that doctor who delivered him, or the midwife?
Stop and think. The delivery of a half Negro – half Caucasian baby was rare anyhere in 1961. Oriental babies were common in Hawaii of course, but a half Negro-half Caucasian baby with the funny name of Barrack Obama, in Hawaii? In 1961?
Even of you were a Republican, if you delivered a future President of the United States, wouldn’t you call some newspaper somewhere with your story. Or if you were the assistant obstetrician, or the anesthesiologist, or the scrub nurse?
What about the circulating nurse, or the pediatrician, one of a dozen nurses on the 24 hour-a-day shifts in the nursery, one of many nurses on the ward where Mrs. Obama would have stayed for three days, a records registrar, a technician of any kind, hell, even the janitor!
What about the clerks, ambulance drivers….. somebody ?!?!?!
Anybody ?!?!?!
Wouldn’t someone have been yelling their “credit” for this from the rooftops???? The date when he was born is (supposedly) known. Certainly all these (supposed) people would know where they were working then!
Where is somebody, anybody, who was there or even remembers the birth?

What Frickin' commitment to patient confidentiality? Is there any evidence that the mother ever asked the people involved in Bozo's birth not to talk about it? That is a BS supposition, the obvious answer is that he was not born in HA so there is no one to come forth and claim status as "the person who was there when jug ears was born!".
Or he can continue to do absolutely nothing as case after case gets tossed out of court. This seems to have been working well for him so far.
I remember when I was younger and that was a long time ago way before you and my mother had to get ss numbers for myself, my brother and sister. I believe we got them when we were 5 years old and that was way before 1960.
I am guessing that you think the constitution requirement that the Presidential candidate be born a natural citizen is not an overriding jurisdiction?

The spots educated millions about various health-related topics, a different subject for each day. He is well-recognized for his distinctive Texas accent, ever-present large mustache and “Duke-isms” (like his popular segment sign-off “For your health!”).
In addition to his medical work, in his spare time, he was an excellent bronc rider on the professional rodeo circuit! Dennis Weaver played him on a TV series patterned after his life.
Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya. Betchya.
Simple. He doesn’t have a birth certificate. If he could, he’d produce one.
If you or anyone else had any evidence of this of any merit, it would be scrutinized in the courts, not to mention by the mainstream media. That no one has produced this evidence, and that—despite the countervailing evidence of a certified birth certificate, a birth announcement in the local newspaper (What, do you think they’ve been planning this since he was born?), and the absence of claims to the contrary by anyone who knew his family then—people like you persist in absurd speculations like this, suggests to me that your ideology is so exhausted and desperate that it has come to rely upon delusion to save itself. Is conservatism experiencing a kind of cultural anomie?

Its not the mother’s confidentiality that is at issue, it is Obama’s rights that the medical people would try to protect.

Once again I will state that HIPAA wasn’t around in 1961 ,, also stating that John Doe was delivered by Jim Smith at xx:xx am on xx,xx,1961 with Jane Doe assisting with the delivery in Downtown Hospital is NOT A CONFIDENTIALITY ISSUE ,, it is a matter of public record ,, the problems would occur if they disclosed that he had jaundice , contracted herpes from mom or something similar...
Maybe you should worry more about our rights ,, specifically our right to KNOW (not guess) that our leader is eligible in the eyes of the constitution.

I agree...don’t get me wrong. I don’t think there is anyone who can honestly say that he was born in Hawaii. I was just pointing out what the other wside would argue as a rationale for not having anyone come forward. The only people speaking up are in Kenya! Therefore, he was a British citizen when born, IMHO.
We have lost the stomach for the hard truths in this country in many ways, and there is an institutional desire to allow this man to be President. The powers that be have spoken, and I believe this will not change the outcome, because the fix is in.
We need to attack his policies now, and defeat him on the merits.
I also think that it is ironic that the man who claims that all these plaintiffs in the suits to make him prove his citizenship lack standing, is the very person who lacks standing to be President.
I advocate the passage of a law that requires proof of citzenship qualifications as part of the election process at the time a candidate is registered as a candidate - the information to be made public in ever state and territory in which voting is permitted.
This will not even be introduced, however.
