Obama Born In The U.S. ? New Facts Say; “Probably Not!”
Let me be the first to admit that I have been a constant debunker of the “Obama Born Overseas” stories. How could it be possible? How could the DNC, Hillary, Edwards, the RNC, McCain, Romney, AP, BBC, ABC, FNC, etc, (and every 100th listing in the DC phone book) not have checked this out to its last level of possibility?
Well, it appears that they didn’t! Everyone assumed “the other guy did it.”
Forget for the moment all the clues left by the high-priced Obama and DNC legal teams. They are huge.
Obama and the DNC always argue “standing.” They could eliminate every legal challenge in 5 minutes by simply producing a certified copy of the original long-form birth certificate. Throw in the testimony of the Hawaii Registrar of Documents, a few retired FBI chief document examiners, and the doctor who delivered him for good measure.
If they did that in two or three courts of record, in light of the obvious media coverage it would receive, every other court nationwide would accept the precedence and the cases would all be over.
But they don’t. They keep telling the courts, “please don’t hear this case.” No proof of any kind. Just the legalese argument that the plaintiffs have no standing before that court.
That’s so overreaching, it’s like buying a refinery to get a 3000 mile oil change! And one day, some court is going to say…. “Show me the money, er,. ah, I mean, Show me the documents!”
But there is a second, and perhaps new point!
Where is that doctor who delivered him, or the midwife?
Stop and think. The delivery of a half Negro – half Caucasian baby was rare anyhere in 1961. Oriental babies were common in Hawaii of course, but a half Negro-half Caucasian baby with the funny name of Barrack Obama, in Hawaii? In 1961?
Even of you were a Republican, if you delivered a future President of the United States, wouldn’t you call some newspaper somewhere with your story. Or if you were the assistant obstetrician, or the anesthesiologist, or the scrub nurse?
What about the circulating nurse, or the pediatrician, one of a dozen nurses on the 24 hour-a-day shifts in the nursery, one of many nurses on the ward where Mrs. Obama would have stayed for three days, a records registrar, a technician of any kind, hell, even the janitor!
What about the clerks, ambulance drivers….. somebody ?!?!?!
Anybody ?!?!?!
Wouldn’t someone have been yelling their “credit” for this from the rooftops???? The date when he was born is (supposedly) known. Certainly all these (supposed) people would know where they were working then!
Where is somebody, anybody, who was there or even remembers the birth?

Because, Mr. Crankypants, had you moved your finger a little further and faster, you would have read that in every other case, this would have been addressed by dozens of other people.
Did you ease your conscience any by writing this vanity?
I would only have an issue on conscience involving an issue raised higher power, higher legal authority, higher moral authority or higher intelligence.
You do not qualify on any of those points.

What exactly are the ‘new facts’ here?
Whoever sealed Obama’s “birth certificate” in Hawaii (Was it the Governor?)..why isn’t it such that this person is committing a crime IF there is evidence within the document which shows a fraud has been committed by our current President?

If they’ve actually been subpoenaed, then a refusal to produce is another can of worms.
But, why go through the trouble to obtain the watered-down short form dated 2007 (I mean, he actually had to go out of his way to get it from Hawaii), when he could just pull the one he found in 1986 or whenever from his safe. Doesn’t make sense unless there was something negative on the folded copy.
A red flag went up for me when the democrats made a big deal about McCain being born in Panama. It just seemed like a really odd controversy to manufacture, even for democrats. They wanted to pass legislation declaring McCain eligible. I assume now that they would have included Obama’s name if that bill had any chance of passing.
The same reason people are sticking their necks out and spending thousands to demand Obama prove his natural born citizenship.
The same reason we have freepers. Because people believe in the Constitution and in truth.
Aren't there any photos of the baby 0 from/in the hospital? Or even in the state? Hawaii wasn't a primative place in 1961. They had pediatricians and obstetricians didn't they? Didn't anybody ever treat the infant Messiah for anything?
The legal meaning of Natural Born is NOT one who is born in the US (only).
Natural born is “a citizen by natural operation of law.
One who does not need to be Naturalized (”Made as if Natural”) by operation of statutory law.

He’s 47 years old. If his doctor was oh, 47, that would make that doc about 94 years old now. He’s probably either dead or in deep dementia by now.
When the MSM and all the cult followers become disallusioned and disappointed that their “mussiah” can’t make the waters part, they will turn on him and demand that they see his birth certificate.
This is my guess.

If the assistant was an intern or resident, s/he could be 77. A 22 year old nurse? 69. A 18 year old clerk? 67. An 11 year old “candy striper?” .... :`)

However, Obama has a right to insist that his birth records remain confidential, according to Hawaian Law.
There is yet no overiding federal jurisdiction to breech this confidentiality.
A Case successfully brought in federal court could obtain this information and use it as evidence,and the court could also decide whether it should continue to be kept confidential or not.
That tooth must be taxed! Obuma said so!
