Whoever sealed Obama’s “birth certificate” in Hawaii (Was it the Governor?)..why isn’t it such that this person is committing a crime IF there is evidence within the document which shows a fraud has been committed by our current President?

However, Obama has a right to insist that his birth records remain confidential, according to Hawaian Law.
There is yet no overiding federal jurisdiction to breech this confidentiality.
A Case successfully brought in federal court could obtain this information and use it as evidence,and the court could also decide whether it should continue to be kept confidential or not.
No one sealed it. In Hawaii, and in most other states now, birth certificates can not be accessed by just anyone. Pretty much has to be the person themselves, or a close relative, who needs it for a limited number of reasons.
The person themselves *can* give access to others however.
