I couldn't wait to watch O'Reilly,after reading endless posts about him on FR. After the first show,I couldn't believe that people here liked him.

I once saw O'Reilly boast that he doesn't research subjects before he does a show on them, i.e., if he has some author as a guest to discuss their book, he won't read it beforehand. Not just an ignorant blowhard, a gleefully ignorant one.

Sometimes forum moderators get religion and lose track of why they are in existence.

What is fringe to liberals may be mainstream to a majority of voters.

According to Ted Kennedy President Bush is out on the fringe.

Would the moderator kick George Bush off this forum because he did not meet the criteria for not being fringe according to liberals.

I agree that some like Goldberg let their new found fame take them down.

FR is hot and I enjoy most of the posts. I hope that FR uses their new found fame wisely.

I was not impressed with the way he handled that CAIR guy last nite.

The use of "controversial" was not the way to illicit a response. Seemed a bit thin and was not interesting or pertinent to the subject at all.

Colmes actually won that one. He said we are controversial too! LOL!

We were on that the day it happened( as with so many other hard hitting news stories).. WHICH WAS JAN 20th..Many many people have been emailing Sean for weeks now to see if he would pick up the story.

So if we, here at FR, who press for the news coverage of these stories, are fringe... there are a huge number of "fringe" Republicans out there and that just....

This forum dumped O'Rielly when he slammed Ann Coulter, and also when he insulted the former homosexual who started a ministry to get Homosexuals to turn to Christ, O'Rielly slammed him for that.

Savage is a fraud,a sicko,and a blowhard. He only seems to attack people who enjoy listening to a wild man off his meds,or acting like a wild man as shtick.That says all one needs to know about you.

Savage isn't a Conservative at all.He's a sideshow GEEK,who verbally bits the heads off chickens.

I listened to Savage a grand total of one time. Maybe I didn't give him a fair shot, but based on what I heard for the few minutes I listened, I have to say I agree with you.

I only listen to Sean in the car. (I put around 400 miles on my car last year, so that gives you an idea of how much time I spend in the car.) I'm a Rush 24/7 person, so that I can catch him anytime. Last I knew, I could listen to Sean anytime for free, but he seldom says anything that's worth the time. He's nice and somewhat entertaining, but nothing special.

I guess I should make that "was nice." I listened to the mp3 of his segment today. I gave him more of a chance than I've given Savage. I listened to the mp3 twice. It's too bad Sean chose to bash FR in an effort to get people to his Forum. Evidently Colmes has rubbed off on him and Sean is now a member of the "bash the other guy to push your agenda" crowd.
