This American Hero is doing a great job! Go Swift Boat Veterans for Truth!
He apparently disagrees with O'Niell and other vets' accounts of what occured even though he wasn't there and they were.
I was white hot and Bill Bennett knew it!
Bennet did say that it was a political issue because John Kerry chose to make it one, by making it the center piece of his presidential campaign. I told him that we aren't gonna back off regardless of what the Bush campaign, or anyone else may say.
I had a couple guys call me right after and they were ALL SMILES! They said 'Hey man, you lit the radio on FIRE! Any vet who heard that is ready to go stomp a hole in Kerry right now!
I just love it.
O'Neill was great.
Monica Crowley is going into details re this on 770 WABC NYC right now.
All you need to know about John McCain, is that he is being quoted by Democrats seeking to strike down the truth regarding John Kerry.
According to a vet named Chenowith, who was on the boat that was blown up, other than the mine there was no enemy fire.
O'Neill was wonderful. I had never heard that Kerry's boat actually fled and the only one that fled when the other swiftboat was blown up. He came back after the enemy fired ended and scooped up Rassman from the water. The other boats maintained position throughout and rescued the other 3 from the water. Probably none of them put in for medals for it/
that may well be one of the reasons Kerry's crew is sticking with him.....
O'Neil has met Kerry. God, this guy is a liar.
It's funny, all of a sudden, an LA Cop (Rassman) is a paragon of virtue.
I'd like to hear from a FReeper lawyer about this. If Kerry files suit against O'Neil, isn't it possible he could get an injunction to prevent sales of the book and media appearances by the swifties pending legal resolution?
This guy is a typical Dem lawyer which we will see lots of after the election. Trial lawyers luv the Johns
hannity is an idiot
ask about cambodia what a dufus!!
i believe Gardner, one of the contributors, was on his boat.
O'Neill was great, on point, powerful.
I take back my kudos to Sean from last week and just changed the channel. This "We can't tell who is telling the truth" that Sean just said to the next guest is flat out nonsense and is stupid.
No, Sean, you don't look fair, you look dumb saying you can't tell who is telling the truth. He slightly redeemed himself by saying "we'll let the audience decide". He should have stuck with that and not the previous garbage.
>O'Niell: "There are 60 vets who personally witnessed Kerry's >deeds in Vietnam."
>Dem spin: "But they weren't on his boat".
Everytime I read this I want to scream. They are making it out like he was on a ship out at sea and that these guys were on other ships. They were in such close proximity, on other boats (like fishing boat sized) within 50 yards of each other day in and day out. That is like me saying I don't 'know' someone who works on the floor below me who works in the same company. I mean I see them every day, know them well, but don't sit next to them directly.
Well, there it is: Colmes just used the Freeper to trash the Swift Boaters.
I think this is exactly what happened.
Kerry can't dig out from under the Cambodia lie, It's in the Senate record. I'm looking foward to a reporter asking Kerry about his Cambodian fantasy.
O'Neill did a superb job. Seemed very credible to me.
I noticed Colmes was getting wary of asking questions. Mr. O'Neill handled every one very well.
Not that it should matter.... but I wonder if Bill O'Reilly is going to change his tune any time?
-- Joe
Oh Geez, Colmes is bringing up freeper author. Smarmy bastid
I heard him on the radio today; he said that they were NOT in Cambodia on Christmas Eve, that they were 50 miles away.
