O'Neill was wonderful. I had never heard that Kerry's boat actually fled and the only one that fled when the other swiftboat was blown up. He came back after the enemy fired ended and scooped up Rassman from the water. The other boats maintained position throughout and rescued the other 3 from the water. Probably none of them put in for medals for it/
that may well be one of the reasons Kerry's crew is sticking with him.....
And isn't it typical John Effing Kerry to accuse the other OICs, who stood their ground and helped to rescue the wounded, of fleeing when he was the only one that did flee?
