The sums are huge this side of the pond. Cuts needed in the billions. In the US, it's in the trillions. Its a complete mess and I dont think people are quite ready for what's needed to even balance the books. Are you prepared for it? Trump will likely win but his term will have many challenges. He will have to make massive cuts to services. Apparently, Elon Musk is going to be hired to bring about "efficiency savings" in government. They should make it a cabinet level rank and let him work.

Just noticed on local Syracuse NY tv stations, Democrat John Mannion is stating that Republicans and "MAGA Extremists" are going to cut/end Social Security. Do any FReepers have experience with cell phone extenders such as the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE Network Extender ASK-SFE116? This is not a repeater, instead, it works through and existing Ethernet Connection to your computer / the Web, and functions like a little "mini-tower" in your home. Had to reload my PC and when I went to cywoody's page to reload the posting enhancer the add-on link is dead. He disappeared from FR years ago but the page remained. I am perplexed why 50% or more Americans are clinically retarded. From voting for Obama to Biden to the current resident moron Kamala Harris. Some has postulated our Dewey influenced educational system. Some have said the removal of prayer and morality in our schools. Some have said the role of the media after the opinionated Vietnam era. I believe there was a time with candidates and presidents like Adlai Stevenson, Harry S Truman and JFK where democratic policies were sane and patriotic. Did anyone cath Kevin McCarthy on Gutfeld last night? When asked about Harris and if is a dumb away from the cameras as she is when giving her word salad interviews, he said she is. He said that when he would go talk to Biden, Biden would be reading off note cards, and when Harris walked into the room, Biden was still the smartest Dem in the room.
