Pinellas Pasco Judge Greer set October 15, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. for her feeding tube to be removed. There's something wrong with Florida's exit protocols and the way the courts handle new information re: criminality (misrepresentation, attempted murder, etc.) affecting a case. There was no living will, only the assertion of a very suspect, so-called husband, his brother, etc. that Terri would not want to live on life support. Terri is not on life support, she is not comatose or PVS and she is not living "artificially". She does get sustenance from a feeding tube but only because she has been denied rehabilitation by her so-called husband after he won a malpratice lawsuit three years after her collapse (cause unknown but probably due to strangulation or physical abuse, or both) which is why Terri needs an army of supporters to spread her story from coast to coast. Terri has retained rights that are being sidestepped because she is disabled and has been denied rehabilitation! The technologies of rehabilitation have greatly improved exponentially yet Judge Greer has not let Terri have a chance to learn to eat or to be able to learn to speak/communicate again. Also new information bearing on the case which shows criminality on husband's side has not been considered by the 2nd District Court of Appeals who handed down Mandate for termination of Terri's feeding based upon testimony of criminal husband and brother as above stated. Who is next?

Heavenly Father, thank You that we continue to be burdened for Terri and her family ... forgive us that we look for the outward sign that You are at work on her behalf ... thank You that all is being set in place, and it is our earnest plea, that this place leads to an end of this torture for her. Three times, now, Terri has been refused her "daily bread" at the order of one judge ... three times, now, Terri has been at the mercy of her husband for her daily bread ... and three times, now, Terri suffers lack because of one attorney who champions the right to die.

Great God of the Universe ... Creator of all mankind ... these who do harm surely will feel Your wrath, should they continue to be outside the Blood of Jesus. Save them, Father, for they are blinded and know not what they do. Save Terri, Father, for she knows what is being done to her ... calm her fears, strengthen her body, and may the Love of God fall richly on her and her parents this night.

Father, we look to You to rescue her ... send those who will do Your bidding ... send those who will bring her out of this lion's den, for we pray in the name of Jesus, Amen ...

Heavenly Father, right outside Terri's door, the richest supply of medicine is available, but none for her ... I pray that You would overrule the absolute hatred that fills my heart ... it is in obedience, and not love, that I pray for those who despitefully use Terri, for by so doing, I heap coals of fire on their heads. May they escape the wrath to come, while there is still time.

It is time, dear Father, that Terri does not have. Except for divine intervention, she will not be fed ... she will die. Thank You that nothing further needs to be said ... the wounds to our souls are too deep ... we ask that the Holy Spirit bring before the Throne of Grace, our groans and sighings ... translate them, dear Father, into words of petition of help and hope for Terri ... in the name of Jesus, we pray ...
