Pinellas Pasco Judge Greer set October 15, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. for her feeding tube to be removed. There's something wrong with Florida's exit protocols and the way the courts handle new information re: criminality (misrepresentation, attempted murder, etc.) affecting a case. There was no living will, only the assertion of a very suspect, so-called husband, his brother, etc. that Terri would not want to live on life support. Terri is not on life support, she is not comatose or PVS and she is not living "artificially". She does get sustenance from a feeding tube but only because she has been denied rehabilitation by her so-called husband after he won a malpratice lawsuit three years after her collapse (cause unknown but probably due to strangulation or physical abuse, or both) which is why Terri needs an army of supporters to spread her story from coast to coast. Terri has retained rights that are being sidestepped because she is disabled and has been denied rehabilitation! The technologies of rehabilitation have greatly improved exponentially yet Judge Greer has not let Terri have a chance to learn to eat or to be able to learn to speak/communicate again. Also new information bearing on the case which shows criminality on husband's side has not been considered by the 2nd District Court of Appeals who handed down Mandate for termination of Terri's feeding based upon testimony of criminal husband and brother as above stated. Who is next?

1)PLEASE put this letter on your list and SEND OUT TO ALL OF YOUR CONSTITUENTS AND OTHERS WHO CAN HELP STOP THIS NONSENSE FROM OCCURRING.

2) ALSO PLEASE CONTACT THE ELDERLY ABUSE AUTHORITIES FOR THE STATE OF FLORIDA--- 1-800-962-2873
and file abuse charges against Michael Schiavo for failure to provide adequate and appropriate care for Terri Schiavo

3) Also contact Governor Jeb Bush and insist that he makes Terri Schiavo a ward of the State and that all legal rights for guardianship by Michael Schiavo be terminated immediately.


I have contacted the State Elderly Services and filed a complaint against Michael Schiavo. I WOULD APPRECIATE YOU CONTACTING THE ELDERLY SERVICES AND ALSO FILING A COMPLAINT. THE NUMBER IS: 1-800-342-0823, EXT. 226. THE COMPLAINT IS AS FOLLOWS:

1. MICHAEL SCHIAVO FAILED TO PROVIDE REHABILITATIVE SERVICES FOR TERRY SCHIAVO.

2. TERRY SCHIAVO DID NOT HAVE LEGAL REPRESENTATION IN COURT WHILE THE PROCEEDINGS WERE GOING ON. HER PARENTS HAD LEGAL REPRESENTATION, HER HUSBAND HAD LEGAL REPRESENTATION BUT TERRY DID NOT.

3. THE BASIS OF REMOVAL OF THE FEEDING TUBE WAS SOLELY ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PHYSICIAN APPOINTED BY THE COURT. HOWEVER, PHYSICIANS DO NOT HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERTESS TO DIAGNOSIS REHABILITATIVE PROBLEMS NOR DO MANY OF THEM EVEN UNDERSTAND HANDICAP CONDITIONS. AT NO TIME WAS A REHABILITATIVE TEAM APPOINTED TO DIAGNOSIS OR ASSESS TERRI'S SITUATION.

4. LEGAL REPRESENTATION SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE HUSBAND AND AWARDED TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA OR A THIRD PARTY.
5. ALL LEGAL PROCEEDINGS SHOULD BE SQUASHED AND RENDEERED NULL AND VOID.

At least we learned tonight that Terri knows Schiavo is going to have her murdered. I am glad that she knows what is happening, not that it will help her through this ordeal. Maybe just knowing what he is getting away with will make her fight to eat and sit up. But her poor physical body cannot do what her mind wants to do.

I'll probably be attacked for saying this, but, in regards to the Bushes... it doesn't really surprise me. I have always thought they are probably phonies, and I have never been a fan of Dubya or his father (and if this goes through, add Jeb to the list). I wasn't surprised when Bush backed the assault weapons ban (like his predecessor) and I wasn't surprised when he didn't do anything about clinton's crimes once he got in office... and if this goes through it won't surprise me.
