Pinellas Pasco Judge Greer set October 15, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. for her feeding tube to be removed. There's something wrong with Florida's exit protocols and the way the courts handle new information re: criminality (misrepresentation, attempted murder, etc.) affecting a case. There was no living will, only the assertion of a very suspect, so-called husband, his brother, etc. that Terri would not want to live on life support. Terri is not on life support, she is not comatose or PVS and she is not living "artificially". She does get sustenance from a feeding tube but only because she has been denied rehabilitation by her so-called husband after he won a malpratice lawsuit three years after her collapse (cause unknown but probably due to strangulation or physical abuse, or both) which is why Terri needs an army of supporters to spread her story from coast to coast. Terri has retained rights that are being sidestepped because she is disabled and has been denied rehabilitation! The technologies of rehabilitation have greatly improved exponentially yet Judge Greer has not let Terri have a chance to learn to eat or to be able to learn to speak/communicate again. Also new information bearing on the case which shows criminality on husband's side has not been considered by the 2nd District Court of Appeals who handed down Mandate for termination of Terri's feeding based upon testimony of criminal husband and brother as above stated. Who is next?

"...George Felos, a veteran of right-to-die cases, is the attorney for Michael Schiavo, Terri's husband and legal guardian, who has sought to have artificial feeding stopped since 1998. While he acknowledged that the Schindlers have appeals left--including a probable bid early this week in state appellate court to delay the tube removal--Felos said U.S. District Judge Richard Lazzara's ruling Friday was a major victory in hastening what he says are Terri Schiavo's end-of-life wishes.

"I think the federal judge's decision was a very big step forward toward the conclusion of the case," he said. "As he mentioned in his decision, announced orally from the bench [Friday], it was a very difficult, emotional case and that he grappled with his own feelings about the issues in this case. But he did his duty as a judicial officer by following the law."

The same 'law', as freeparoundtheclock pointed out on the previous page here, that George Felos was responsible for!

A woman named Estelle Browning was another "client" of Felos in the 1980s. Her case became a Landmark Decision via the Fla. Supremes. Lazarra never even listened to the Schindlers. It was all a charade. Wonder when he and Felos got together to make the 'fix'? Do you suppose they all belong to some sort of 'brotherhood'?

Yes they must belong to the same brotherhood because the judge was referring to a "late judge" who ruled against Terri. Lazzara is nothing more than a cruel man. I knew from the beginning that he was just by his voice and reactions. Anyone know which judge that is?

BREAKING from Terri's Hospice. We had a noon press conference held by Randall Terry or Terry Randall, I can't keep it straight. Anyway, local news was there for that. ABC, Bay News 9 and Fox 13.

ABC took pictures of me drinking from a spring water bottle. ABC took film of a freeper from Georgia getting a bottle of spring water out of a cooler.

People driving by were giving a thumbs up for Terri, waving and honking. I met some amazing people today including Terri's dad. The loop has gotten larger and there will be another press conference this evening i.e. LIVE SHOTS at Terri's Hospice residence. I need to go back for that but came home to make a brief report.

It was windy for signs but RT asked during the presser how many organizations were there and to announce what organizations were represented. I mentioned "freerepublic.com since we have HUGE THREADS HERE.

By the way, if you do a search under Judge George Greer at yahoo or google, you'll notice that most of the searches say "edit post". All your search engines are belong to us. It's amazing. We were even calling Governor Bush from the rally in addition to talk shows around the State thanks to cell phone technology.

Please keep calling Governor Bush, if you're local, you can join vigils at noon every day and every evening.

How to get there? It's west of the intersection of 66th St. N. and 102nd Ave. N. You turn at the McDonalds there. Can't miss it. Bring your friends, maybe flashlights instead of candles due to the wind.

I've been there where Terri is. Other Terri supporters have fantasies about having our super bowl team go in there and get her outta there. I suggested Arnold could go in there and get her outta there.

There was a good press conference at noon and more for this evening. Please inform Terri's supporters here that we are doing everything we can. Please keep calling the Governor, local talk shows and keep praying.

Even if they remove Terri's port, that can be reversed. The concern is that once they start drugging her with morphine, that they're more determined this time to make sure she's gone. GOVERNOR BUSH, PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!!!

Randall Terry mentioned Alan Keyes liberally during his noon press conference today. Alan Keyes is aware of the situation. There was lots going on and Terry was not over-bearing, etc. He's a guy who didn't dress for the climate. Thanks to RT, freerepublic got a mention. He was trying to show that this is not a group but many groups were represented there to show support for Terri and give Judge Greer the boot!!!

I have to get back to the evening session of the vigil. Everyone there is peaceful and courteous but we have our opinions.
