I know the founders' sentiment on this.

George Washington was a founder, and he signed the Bank of the U.S. into law (a nationally chartered private bank no less). Alexander Hamilton was a founder, and the strongest proponent of the Bank of the U.S. Ben Franklin, another founder, was a proponent of the Bank of North America (the first chartered private commercial bank in the U.S. and model for the Bank of the U.S.)

Jefferson blew his credibility on this issue when he pushed for the Louisiana Purchase. I'm glad he changed his mind.

I’m a noob so it’s all new to me but I sure wish someone would explain the ‘pancakes on the head’ thing.

What’s a “stuned beeber”? I have never heard that phrase before.

My previouly undesclosed #1 is:

  1. Re-rading ten posts before I notice that I have been directed to post #1 on the 1-250 page after having clicked the 51-100 link.

Re-rading Re-reading

BTW, the keyword war was great. I really enjoyed "naveldedelacoert".

And you have never clicked on a thread about the horrors of public schools. Just to see if something might offend you.

No, I didn't click on those threads just to see if something offends me, I click on them because of the information they contain. I don't go looking for things to offend me. I don't have that much free time on my hands. And I don't click on threads to see if someone posted something that I find offensive just so I have an excuse to attack them.

I hold the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Of course I'm going to click on threads about the horrors of public schools and I will ping the list when I see them or I'm notified of them.

It's good that you're finally coming around and recognizing what the public schools are really like and acknowledging that they are horrors.

Hypocrite.

That's funny coming from the grammar police like yourself considering your sentence structure in the post to which I'm replying.
