Was Rassmann even on Kerry's Boat?

Fox news just reported there are questions now about where Rassmann actually was. He said he was on Kerry's boat when it got ambushed, but Kerry's web site says Rassmann was on the boat behind his. Just more questions about kerry's seemingly faulty memory.

I think the reports were wrong.. They mixed up PCF-3 with PCF 94. No one on Kerry's boat was injured and the PCF 94 was not knocked out of action. Unfit for Command doesn't address it directly, but only PCF 3 was damaged. Kerry's boat was on the other side of the river, the furthest away.

How do you know that the mine(s) alone don't count as enemy fire sufficient to award all the sailors Bronze stars?

Fair question. I suppose in some circumstances, dealing with mines would merit the award of a Bronze Star. But not in the circumsance that Kerry describes, -if- you take fire from the banks out of the description.

Thurlow got a Bronze Star that day too, for actions after PCF-3 was mined, and all people aboard PCF-3 were wounded. Thurlow jumped from PCF-?? (not PCF-3) to PCF-3, while PCF-3 was underway, with no helmsman. He dealt with a man so confused so as to be firing aimlessly. He was helping an injured man out of the gunner's hole when PCF-3 beached itself, throwing Thurlow overboard.

A couple of us are looking for Thurlow's Bronze Star citation letter to see whether or not it references small arms or other enemy fire. Kerry's Bronze Star citation letter definitely references being under enemy fire (in addition to the mines)

The JFKerry/Rassmann story is full of HOLES.

I have heard Rassmann claim that he has had no contact with JFKerry except 1984 sent him a letter. Rassmann did not hear back from JFKerry.

Then as Rassmann described his entry into JFKerry's attempt to become president upon his "Viet Nam" hero status, was when Rassmann somehow heard about Brinkley's book.

I remember last Jan., Rassmann saying he was in Southern California and had "heard" (didn't say how) that he was mentioned in the Brinkley book, and he went into a bookstore, check the book out and low and behold there he was.

Question? Wonder how or who told Rassmann he was in the book? (While Rassmann may not have been in direct contact with JFKerry, there are the "band of brothers")

I have heard Rassmann a couple of weeks ago say that he was a passenger on JFKerry's boat, but did not elaborate on when he became a "passenger", for how long.

Considering it just is not "PC" to question a LIBERAL's service record few questions have been asked of Rassmann and the "details" of Who, What, Where, When, and WHY!


The Rassmann of past two weeks does not demonstrate the confident blustery Rassmann of Jan. 2004, and he and his changing story do not adddddddd up.

I noticed Rassmann standing behind Kerry at another rally yesterday. Is he being compensated by the Kerry Campaign to be a fixture at these events? Is he getting his expenses only or is he being paid a salary, or both? Tony, I know you are with us on President Bush. Kerry's pattern of deception must be revealed from his naval career to include his senatorial service. The truth in this aspect, shows the individual has lived a life of lies and deception. This exposure is necessary to educate voters as to Kerry's true character and unworthiness to be CIC. There will be some voters who are just kerry die-hards. Truth, honor and integrity have no bearing on them as to voting for a canidate. I have noticed that O'Reilly, cuts off people like, Steve Gardner from having their full say on his program. I am very disappointed in O'Reilly in his conduct during the interviews with people who expose the real kerry. The truth whether, for or against a person running for a political office, must come to light. We the American people do not need another Klintoon crony in the White House ever again.
