Members from all three branches of the Federal government already know that Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible for the office of President. National leaders, to include members of the US Supreme Court, already know that Barack Hussein Obama is not a “natural born citizen” of the United States of America, and therefore, is ineligible for the office he currently holds.
What they don’t know is how long it will take for most Americans to figure it out, or what to do about it.
The diversionary search for an authentic birth certificate is ongoing and Obama has now spent in excess of $2 million in legal fees to keep that search alive.
Eric Holder’s Department of Justice continues to deploy taxpayer funded attorneys around the country to file dismissals on behalf of Obama, denying all American citizens access to the courts as a peaceful remedy, which only fuels the fire of discontent and the questions about Obama persist.
Michelle Obama states that Kenya is Barack’s “home country.” She knows, after twenty years with Barack. The Ambassador or Kenya has confirmed the same His family friends all know it, and are in fact quite proud of the fact that Americans had no hesitation in electing a “black man from Kenya” as President of the United States.
The US Supreme Court knows what the constitutional condition of “natural born citizen” means. Even the most far left member of that court, Justice Ginsberg, is on record proclaiming that a “natural born citizen” is a birth child of TWO legal US citizens.
Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi knows that Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible for the office of president, which is why she refused to certify the following language when certifying Obama as the DNC candidate for president in 2008.(continued)

I would promote the Constitution above any man.
Every American with a functioning brain has figured this out a long time ago. The big problem is that word "birther" that the Obama camp continues to hurl at those who protest. No one wants to be accused of being a "birther" and, in the process, being made to look foolish by the jackals who continue to assign this word to those who protest the interloper in the White House. It's just that simple, and if I might make a prediction, Obama will never be removed from office by reason of birth ineligibility.
I think they worry that challenging the Presidents legitimacy without hard evidence would be treason.

They don’t HAVE to come right out and state Obama is a Kenyan. I don’t even believe that. But they should discuss his very questionable birth.

As I understand it, Congress is supposed to provide for how to get an eligible president if the one who is elected fails to qualify, according to the 20th Amendment.
With the disapproval numbers of Congress right now, if they tried doing that without a new election, they may have to live without any kind of communications service because they would be hearing about it.
That’s “native-born” not “natural-born” citizen. Two entirely different things.

All of the cases since the inauguration have been defended by the Department of Justice, so Obama has paid zero for them. There were only a handful of cases pre-inauguration in which Obama was represented by private lawyers, and all of those were dismissed very quickly.
I believe Hawaii provides native born status...and that is good enough for me.

Obama, Pelosi, Reid and a Cabal of Senators brought forth Senate Resolution 511 to give Obama cover and caused the Constitutional Crisis which soon will be at hand. They are to blame and all should be held accountable.
A source for that? I've never seen anyone quote any current Supreme Court justice on the definition of "Natural Born Citizen."

My daughter is an American citizen at birth, but not a Natural-Born-Citizen. Her Mother is a citizen of an asian country.
The founding fathers used Vattels definition for NBC, a child of two US citizens at birth. This is documented by David Ramsay, a founding Father.
The truth is, we have an Unqualified president no matter where he was born.
As has been stated many times here before, anyone can call the paper and get an announcement placed therein, good luck using a birth announcement to get a passport.
I had friends in the military whose folks back home would call in stuff to the hometown papers (marriages, births, promotions, etc...).
