Members from all three branches of the Federal government already know that Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible for the office of President. National leaders, to include members of the US Supreme Court, already know that Barack Hussein Obama is not a “natural born citizen” of the United States of America, and therefore, is ineligible for the office he currently holds.
What they don’t know is how long it will take for most Americans to figure it out, or what to do about it.
The diversionary search for an authentic birth certificate is ongoing and Obama has now spent in excess of $2 million in legal fees to keep that search alive.
Eric Holder’s Department of Justice continues to deploy taxpayer funded attorneys around the country to file dismissals on behalf of Obama, denying all American citizens access to the courts as a peaceful remedy, which only fuels the fire of discontent and the questions about Obama persist.
Michelle Obama states that Kenya is Barack’s “home country.” She knows, after twenty years with Barack. The Ambassador or Kenya has confirmed the same His family friends all know it, and are in fact quite proud of the fact that Americans had no hesitation in electing a “black man from Kenya” as President of the United States.
The US Supreme Court knows what the constitutional condition of “natural born citizen” means. Even the most far left member of that court, Justice Ginsberg, is on record proclaiming that a “natural born citizen” is a birth child of TWO legal US citizens.
Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi knows that Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible for the office of president, which is why she refused to certify the following language when certifying Obama as the DNC candidate for president in 2008.(continued)

There is ONLY one definition and not multiples that define the meaning and intent behind the natural born citizen clause that is written in the US Constitution.

Are you for real? You don't think that millions of patriotic WELL-ARMED Americans (white, black, asian, hispanics) will rise up and defend our families & houses & neighborhoods? Besides the ghetto "in-da-hood" blacks usually love to burn down their own homes & businesses and stay away from the other ethnic neighborhoods where people tend to shoot back & protect their homes & businesses. Just like the Asians did in East LA when the Rodney King riots broke out. I think even dumb ass Sharpton would realize that it would be a very fast & immediate losing battle for him and anyone dumb enough to follow him.

I do believe that Soros has his rent-a-mob. I don’t think we dare let rent-a-mobs govern whether we do or don’t enforce our laws and Constitution though, which was my major point.
The Constitution is senior to the courts and court rulings. Men in black robes and small groups of representatives in marble halls can decide that a thing does not mean what most men agree is the common understanding. They can issue paper rulings and bills which seek to overturn the basic agreements among the citizens, but these things will never hold if they lack the consent of the governed.
This is the area of disagreement that we now find ourselves in. Most Americans believe that what the Framers set forth in our Constitution means what it says, and they desire for our government to respect those simple agreements and understandings.
That none of them seem willing lift a finger to uphold their oaths of office to protect and defend our Constitution, is a cause for major disquiet and uneasiness among the people. This distress can't be forever bought off and quelled by edicts, statutes, findings, obfuscations, evasions, and deliberate subversions.
At some point, the people will tire of endlessly seeking redress, and finding nothing but rebuff. They will demand that those charged with administering our Constitutional republic adhere to our Founding Charter, or abdicate their positions in government. If that demand is not complied with, the people will be left with no other choice but to eject those who are willfully violating the common agreements which bind us.
That's pretty much the bottom line.
oral arguments are used by the court in order to elicit information and understanding of the issues of the case....they do not have the weight of the written decision....often the justices will ask misleading or devil’s advocate type questions....to use oral argument records as proof of your assertions is a clumsy attempt to decieve....
thank goodness there are cooler heads to prevail.

The Founders did not label the population of the US as “subjects” The definition of NBC was not taken from Blackstones.
The Founders used Vittal’s Law of Nations and called the population “citizens” as per Law of Nations......
The US and most states use Statuate law and not Common Law.
A Natural Born Subject is not the same as a Natural Born Citizen....

When things show up that don’t fit what the rules say, I think it’s fair to question whether the people you’re dealing with actually play by the rules.

You’re glossing over the fact that the government of Kenya has stated that he was born in Kenya.
Really, the only thing we know for sure is that he was born in Kenya.
