Members from all three branches of the Federal government already know that Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible for the office of President. National leaders, to include members of the US Supreme Court, already know that Barack Hussein Obama is not a “natural born citizen” of the United States of America, and therefore, is ineligible for the office he currently holds.
What they don’t know is how long it will take for most Americans to figure it out, or what to do about it.
The diversionary search for an authentic birth certificate is ongoing and Obama has now spent in excess of $2 million in legal fees to keep that search alive.
Eric Holder’s Department of Justice continues to deploy taxpayer funded attorneys around the country to file dismissals on behalf of Obama, denying all American citizens access to the courts as a peaceful remedy, which only fuels the fire of discontent and the questions about Obama persist.
Michelle Obama states that Kenya is Barack’s “home country.” She knows, after twenty years with Barack. The Ambassador or Kenya has confirmed the same His family friends all know it, and are in fact quite proud of the fact that Americans had no hesitation in electing a “black man from Kenya” as President of the United States.
The US Supreme Court knows what the constitutional condition of “natural born citizen” means. Even the most far left member of that court, Justice Ginsberg, is on record proclaiming that a “natural born citizen” is a birth child of TWO legal US citizens.
Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi knows that Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible for the office of president, which is why she refused to certify the following language when certifying Obama as the DNC candidate for president in 2008.(continued)

I believe the idea was to get him to the edge, have him declared ineligible, orchestrate massive race riots forcing Bush to basically declare martial law, and launch Hillary into the WH with virtually dictatorial powers.

Barack Obama's first Executive Order, 13489, was regarding the release of Presidential Records stored in the National Archives and maintained by the National Archivist. The National Archives do not maintain or administer the Hawaii vital records or university transcripts to which birthers want access.
Additionally, Obama's EO 13489 revoked Bush's EO 13233 on Presidential Records, which revoked Reagan's EO 12667 on Presidential Records.

It does not nullify the citizenship of millions of kids born to international marriages born here or overseas.....
If OB was born in Hawaii he is at best an American citizen which has all rights that a citizen has. The only right that he would not have is the right of the Natural born to be President or Vice President of this country. That is all that should and would be denied.
If born in Mombassa as most think he was, then his mother was unable at the time to transfer citizenship since she was required to live in the states for 5 years after her 14th birthday which would mean she needed to be 19. She was only 18 when she gave birth. No American citizenship could be transferred to him, which would mean he is an illegal alien and a British subject only.

First, I don’t give a rat’s rear end what birthers call me...their name calling is a poor substitute for convincing a single state, or a single member of Congress, or a single court.

The US Supreme Court hasn’t issued a written ruling, possibly because the issue is outside their jurisdiction. It only matters for presidential elections, and those fall under Congress.
However, by refusing to take a case in Dec 2008, they made their position clear - there are at least 6 justices who will not support birther arguments about NBC requiring 2 American parents.
Justice Ginsburg has not argued anywhere that I’ve found that a NBC is required to have two American parents. She HAS applied that to someone born overseas, which is not the same thing as Obama’s case.
Check article 25 of the Constitution.
Proof of this will just make overturning Obamacare all the easier as nothing he signs as President is valid.

If this eligibility issue is not resolved one way or another, the country has ceased to exist as a cohesive unit. This issue is too important to ignore as it has been up to now.
The time has arrived that this nation ought to look at itself and ask if it can continue to function constitutionally and effectively in this manner.
