Blogger admits Hawaii birth certificate forgery, subverting Obama claims (Uh-oh)

Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.

The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.

The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.

Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.

McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

Because of its status as a government entity, the Federal Election Commission was given until today to file an answer to the original complaint filed by attorney Philip Berg on August 21, 2008. This afternoon, the FEC met that deadline when it filed a motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, answering Berg’s complaint by arguing that he “lacks standing to raise the issue of a candidate’s constitutional eligibility.”

“Moreover,” the motion reads, “even if Berg had standing to raise the constitutional eligibility issue, the Commission should be dismissed as a party to this case because it has no oversight over the Constitution’s Presidential Qualifications Clause.”

Like in the motions to dismiss filed by Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee, the FEC maintains that Berg fails to meet the minimum requirements of standing.

Three elements constitute the “irreducible constitutional minimum” of standing: (1) an injury-in-fact, (2) a causal connection between the injury and the challenged conduct of the defendant (traceability), and (3) a likelihood that the injury will be redressed by a favorable decision of the court ... The injury-in-fact required by Article III is an invasion of a legally protected interest that is “concrete and particularized” as well as “actual or imminent,” rather than “conjectural” or “hypothetical.” The injury cannot be merely a generalized grievance about the government that affects all citizens or derives from an interest in the proper enforcement of the law.

That final sentence, from FEC v. Akins, truly shows the similarity between the issue of voter standing and the issue of taxpayer standing. Just as you or I could not sue the United States of America claiming to have standing simply because we are taxpayers, the FEC contends—just as was contended by Obama and the DNC, as well as the defendants in the three similar cases against John McCain—that voters cannot raise the issue of constitutional eligibility just because they are voters.

Michelle Obama tapes’ imminent release approaching: API in a serious negotiation with FOX NEWS on the best way forward

API has an ongoing discussion with FOX NEWS on the best way forward in the process of releasing Michelle Obama tapes to the American people.

API hopes the negotiation will be completed as soon as possible so that the tapes can be made available to FOX NEWS in the next few days and specifically before the voting day - the 4th of November.

API will make use of Legal Representation in the US when finalising the hand-over of the tapes and on any legal matters that may arise after the contents of the tapes become public.

We want to thank all our readers - those who have managed to be patient and also those who have exhibited total impatience. We assure them that an agreement will be reached soon between API and FOX NEWS one way or another, so that API fulfills the promise it gave to the readers.

The important thing we want the readers to know is how the tapes will be handled once it finally leaves API’s custody. API has confidence in FOX NEWS and will allow them to decide whether the tapes will be aired in full, edited or unedited. Once the tapes are released to FOX NEWS as per agreement that will be arrived at between the parties, API believes that FOX NEWS is competent enough to decide on how to proceed in handling the tapes because - better than us in API - they know what is best for the American listeners.

Some may not understand why this has taken long to accomplish. Sensitive issues requires careful steps so that nobody gets hurt in the process. People have questioned why the delay. API wanted to take time and make a good choice on the way forward and we can now happily say we are on the right track and hopefully you do not have to wait for long before your wishes are fulfilled.

Now that the release of the tapes is imminent, as soon as an agreement is reached, API hopes that those who finally gets access to its contents will use them wisely, in a way that brings the American people closer to one another despite their political allienation and to be above racial behaviour and work together for a better United American Nation. API does not wish to see the information from the tapes being misused by those who may wish to satisfy their own interests and achieve a particular aim.

The release of the tapes will take place without costs to any one. The negotiation between

API and FOX NEWS bears no sign of money involved and that has been API’s wish all along.

Sen. Obama was trained by Chicago's Industrial Areas Foundation, founded in 1940 by the radical organizer Saul Alinsky. In the 1980s, Obama spent years as director of the Developing Communities Project, which operated using Alinsky’s strategies, and was involved with two other Alinsky-oriented entities, Acorn and Project Vote.

The above photo is of Obama teaching in a University of Chicago classroom with “Power Analysis” and “Relationships Built on Self Interest” written on the blackboard — key terms utilized in the Alinsky method.

The far-left Alinsky had no time for liberalism or liberals, declaring that “a liberal is (someone) who puts his foot down firmly on thin air.” He wanted nothing less than transformational radicalism. “America was begun by its radicals,” he wrote. “America was built by its radicals. The hope and future of America lies with its radicals.” And so, “This is the job for today's radical — to fan the embers of hopelessness into a flame to fight. To say, ‘. . . let us change it together!’ “

Obama calls his years as an Alinskyesque community organizer in Chicago “the best education I ever had, and where I learned the true meaning of my Christian faith.” But as radicalism expert Richard Lawrence Poe has noted, “Camouflage is key to Alinsky-style organizing. In organizing coalitions of black churches in Chicago, Obama caught flak for not attending church himself. He became an instant churchgoer.”

Alinsky’s writings even explain what often seems like Obama’s oversized ego. In New Hampshire in January, for example, the senator told an audience that “a beam of light will come down upon you, you will experience an epiphany . . . and you will suddenly realize that you must go to the polls and vote for Obama.”

It was a bizarre spectacle, but consider that Alinsky believed that “anyone who is working against the haves is always facing odds, and in many cases heavy odds. If he or she does not have that complete self-confidence (or call it ego) that he can win, then the battle is lost before it is even begun.”

According to Alinsky, “Ego must be so all-pervading that the personality of the organizer is contagious, that it converts the people from despair to defiance, creating a mass ego.”

Alinsky also readily admitted that he didn't trust the people themselves. “It is the schizophrenia of a free society that we outwardly espouse faith in the people but inwardly have strong doubts whether the people can be trusted[/b],” he wrote. “Seeking some meaning in life,” the middle class, according to Alinsky, “turn to an extreme chauvinism and become defenders of the ‘American’ faith.”

This is evocative of Obama’s remark during the primaries that small-town Americans are “bitter” and “cling to guns or religion.”

Barack Obama’s “Change We Can Believe In” is simply socialism — imposed by stratagem because Americans have never believed in Marxist economics. Saul Alinsky understood this, and his ghost is alive and well — and threatening to haunt the White House.

These stories are a complete trap meant to garner sympathy for Obama. We already know the Obama's are racist and liars and I don't think anyone cares about that. These stories give us nothing.

If he campaigned for his commie cousin...now that is much more telling and will serve the public for years to come through awareness of the stranglehold the extreme left has on the Dem party.

That's arguable. And he helped his argument. But I don't think he has a ruling to that affect either. And he has a problem with that issue.

There is still a motion pending to dismiss on those grounds the judge has not decided.

The person who gathered the pictures suspects that the photographer was “Frank”, Obama’s Communist “mentor”. As do many bloggers (e.g. here), he suspects that Frank was in fact Obama’s father. The two look alike. So how to establish who took the pictures? The floor in the photo may give a clue. It looks like Oregon pine, which is an unusual flooring material. That may jog some memories somewhere. Secondly, there seems to be an address associated with one of the pictures: 6035 Kalanianaole Hwy. Maybe some GOP enthusiasts in Hawaii would like to look into it.

That seems to be the same address as 0bomba's birth announcement.

I have in my hands a copy of a delayed birth certificate for one of my great uncles. No cert was issued at the time of his birth & I assume he was born at home & only needed a cert when he applied for Social Security in 1952.

This delayed cert has the following type of info on it in the abstract:

School records from 1899 (name of school, location, name of supervisor)

State Census record from 1905 (location & family number)

His marriage record 1914 (location)

An affidavit from his mother 1951

His age was shown for each of these events & the location for his birth for each of these events were shown if they were included in the documents listed in the abstract. Each of his parents were also noted if they were included in the document in the abstract.

If Obama’s mother never applied to get his birth recorded, he may have a delayed cert with things on it that he doesn't want made public.

His mother may have never applied at all & it's possible that he never filed for a delayed record himself. Calling his grandmother the last one or whatever he called her, could be he's been trying to gather the evidence necessary to get a delayed cert issued. If he was delivered at home & not in a medical facility, it wouldn't be unusual to have no vault birth certificate.

Hawaii has only been a state since 1959. He claims to have been born there two years later. What if he was born before Hawaii's statehood? His birth would have been in an American Territory, but not an American state. I have no idea if or how that has ever come up before.

McCain is a natural-born citizen, even though he was not born within this country’s borders, since his parents were citizens at the time of his birth. As a Congressional Act stated in 1790 and another reaffirmed in 1795:

Congress: “And the children of citizens of the United States, that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens.”

The State Department says that this law is again honored under section 301(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

8 U.S.C. § 1403. Persons born in the Canal Zone or Republic of Panama on or after February 26, 1904

(a) Any person born in the Canal Zone on or after February 26, 1904, and whether before or after the effective date of this chapter, whose father or mother or both at the time of the birth of such person was or is a citizen of the United States, is declared to be a citizen of the United States.

(b) Any person born in the Republic of Panama on or after February 26, 1904, and whether before or after the effective date of this chapter, whose father or mother or both at the time of the birth of such person was or is a citizen of the United States employed by the Government of the United States or by the Panama Railroad Company, or its successor in title, is declared to be a citizen of the United States.
