Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

One of the labels needs to be incorrect--because both pictures were taken at the same time; the background photos down to the man in the background and his dress all line up.
The flip from Philippines to San Francisco may be an early destination sign changing. Honolulu is one airport in which I have not spent any material time.
As someone else suggests earlier, it should be considered that the boy is not Barack but his half brother. The cheek bones on the boy appear too low for Barack. Although the boy in the picture looks much like Barack in the family picture on the couch posted later.
Another research task that should be considered by someone with the expertise to undertake it is to learn the available airline routing between Honolulu and Kenya in the early 1960's. It is possible that the only or most available routing is traveling East, not West. All connections through San Francisco and the East Coast.
The incorrect references in the news media look on reflection like an effort to manufacture a time line for these events. If she is really standing in the departure lobby of the Honolulu airport, three months pregnant in her wedding dress, it looks like she is going somewhere.
Her family is in Honolulu. Where is she going? There is certainly an obvious inference.
This fits with another new fact. In the Chicago Tribune article (or Time or both), they quote (self-serving testimony by) Barack that when mother applied for a passport to Indonesia, it was her first passport and first trip out of the country. So she never saw her inlaws in Kenya? Really? Certainly, she was never there when he was born?
The first passport story might well fit the facts. I believe although have not confirmed, that as late as the early sixties, not only could the child travel on the mother or father's passport; so could the wife travel on the husband's passport. So there may in fact be some kind of wedding confirmation in Hawaii around the end of the year in 1961, then used by the father as a basis to travel the wife.
They were going to Kenya where he had influence and may not have needed to be concerned about entry documents and visas. On the return, even if he was not with them, under then applicable law, she got back into the country with her Driver's License--probably with a Kenya birth certificate for her kid, he got in also.
I’m not even convinced that is Obama Jr. in that picture with Obama Sr. He had other children in Kenya.
One thing that is bothering me in that picture is there is more flash reflection off the child then the man. Like two different lightings were used. And both, the man and child, were in the same angle of the camera.
In my photo software, I can lighten up one person and leave the other. I can make it look like a flash affect too.

In this picture, Ann is definitely older than she was in the earlier picture. Note also a comparison of Obama's face with the boy in the airport picture--they look very much alike but here, Obama's face looks much different: Thiner; different cheekbones.

Hypothetically, the picture in the "wedding dress" is around Christmas, 1960. Her family is in Hawaii. They are in the departure lounge of the Honolulu Airport. But they don't get married for over a month.
Where did they get married?
Reason Obama doesn't want to know is because it demonstrates the inaccuracy of his story that mother had never been out of the country prior to Indonesia; also puts her in Kenya a long time before the birth and necessitates getting her back before August 4.
Marriage documents research in Kenya for 1961 would also be helpful.

First, if Obama was born in Hawaii, then parents marriage status doesn’t matter at all: he’s automatically a natural born citizen. However, if he was born outside U.S., then different rules apply depending on whether he was child of unwed mother or American mom married to alien spouse etc. HOWEVER, “A marriage that did not conform to the laws of the country or state in which it was performed may be a void marriage, but only after declared so by an
appropriate authority, usually a court in the jurisdiction
where the marriage occurred. Prior to such judicial
declaration, the marriage may be considered voidable.
A voidable marriage is considered valid for all purposes
unless and until annulled or voided by the court. Even
after a marriage is voided, there is every likelihood that
the children’s status will not be affected. Every state in

Thus, IF Obama’s parents really were “married” (i.e., there’s some sort of marriage certificate or documentation to prove this) but someone now wanted to challenge its legitimacy on grounds that it was void given Sr’s already being married, this would NOT affect the legitimacy of the marriage in terms of which set of citizenship rules might apply to an out-of-country birth.
