Durham is, indeed, a prosecutor, and I’ve seen nothing to indicate he’s resigned, recused, retired, etc. If he announces his book will be out shortly then we know he’s done. But somebody still has something like 350,000 sealed federal grand jury indictments to finish off. Time is getting limited for someone to step up and start cleaning house. The second amendment ace will get played before long if we don’t see some clean-up happening. None of this can wait until the 2024 election.
It would warm my heart’s cockles to hear Trump say he will clean out the top floor of every bureaucracy in the beltway.
I wonder why Durham didn’t call for any accountability.

While there was perhaps some vagary about the lewd and sketchy evidence that might justify further investigation at the naissance of Crossfire Hurricane (7/31/16), there were only smirks, grins and giggles for what Hillary and the DNC had put money down to appoint a Special Counsel concerning Trump-Russia collusion in May of 2017.
Nonetheless, Andrew Weissmann, Mueller's assistant, saw sixteen or so friendly Leftist attorneys desirous of lining their pockets from what would become over $32M of taxpayer money spent in Mueller's investigation.
Weighing Trump down during his presidency, dogging him for years, taking him down legally while forcing him to spend personal money to defend himself against the DOJ's seemingly endless funds, and knowingly, falsely making him into a Russian puppet in the public eye were significant Deep State goals.

Durham will be testifying in Congress next week. They are going to ask him many questions. I don’t think Durham’s report was disemboweled by Garland. Unnecessary fears, imho.
