Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

Well said:)
for purposes of the I-9 Form; but so is a voter card. You just have to have substantiating documents in addition to one or the other.
Figured I would visit the websites for both ‘The Honolulu Advertiser” and “The Honolulu Star - Bulletin” because of the ‘holiday’ there and stumbled upon some rumblings in the comment section about Punahou alumni and a Bobby Titcomb. I clicked on a link to Punahou.edu and came across the following which is interesting in regards to the picture in question, found at the following url:
http://www.punahou.edu/page.cfm?p=601
and the information is mention of leis piled around graduating students necks.
“At the Neal Blaisdell Center in June, Obama graduated with 411 classmates from the Punahou Class of 1979. Orme recalls the two friends standing next to one another, barely able to see over the stacks of lei around their necks. At that moment, amid the jubilation, neither one could have imagined how differently their paths would unfold.”
This would lend credence to the picture being taken of Obama Sr at his graduation. Also taking the picture of Obama Sr from 1959 and placing it beside a lightened picture of the graduation picture, Obama Sr has a fuller face and appears to be 3 years older FWIW.
Still haven’t found what was alluded to in the comments section of the Star - Bulletin re Bobby Titcomb but noticed another story about Obama spending four hours with Titcomb today! Four hours with a classmate and only one with Granny Dunham. Talk about misplaced priorities!
This is taking on all the attributes of one those Undead Threads we’re so famous for, the only difference being, THIS ONE is REALLY important.
It is.
I will not bring out my paving equipment for this thread.
Oops sorry about the formatting. I don’t know what happened, I had double spaced between each section of C & P and it didn’t take.
Titcomb, 42, now a commercial fisherman and Northwest Airlines flight attendant living in Kailua, remembers visiting Obama in Chicago shortly after his friend had moved there.
Titcomb recalls when the two friends would take off by themselves into the Hawaiian forest. "We'd go hike up Peacock Flats and camp, just the two of us," he says. "We'd try to get away from everything. We'd basically live on nuts and whatever we could eat on the trail for two or three days. And we'd talk about how the world could be. We didn't say, Wouldn't it be great if we could drive this car or if I could own this house. It was, Don't you think the world should be more like this?"

Titcomb could be of possible interest.
What a load. Next we'll hear..."I remember Nobama. He and I rescued 340 orphaned children from a burning building back in '75 right after we cured feline diabetes...."
Could it be macadamia nuts?
Not that I ever saw on the way to Peacock Flats. And I was a kid. Who really liked macadamia nuts.
It’s time for me to shut down for the night but you can be sure that I will head back to the comments section tomorrow to see if any more tantalizing tidbits are posted! This is kind of like a mystery novel where you have to search and search and hope it hasn’t been scrubbed before you find the clues. Titcomb is yet another piece in the puzzle and I agree more investigation of him is needed!
I found this in those comments too - I'll just add it to the pile:
With Friends Like Him wrote: I'm just glad that Obama's Punahou buddy Bobby Titcomb isn't mentioned anymore as Obama's "good friend". If anyone could derail Obama, it would be Titcomb and his sordid past. You can ask anyone of us who ran in those circles back then, circa 1977 - 1983.
Because this dumb-ass blogger blew his cover, and slandered both him and TexasDarlin in the process. I can tell you that I know who is TechDude, and that he is who he says he is, I can also tell you that he is temporarily laying low because of what these nutty Obama supporters will do.
Take it from someone who has also been harassed by Obama supporters, that writing under a screen name may be the only thing that saves your ass from these insane Obamanites.
Those who criticize other people for using a screen nickname instead of their actual name need to crawl back under the rock that's been on their heads since the Internet first became a social network.
Good gosh, without pseudonyms, people would have online handles like johnsmith2004387, and who has to spend all day deleting his SPAM mailbox of emails for the other two million John Smiths in the world.
My take on some of these bloggers that I know who use their real names is that they are such egotistical narcissists that they get off anytime others write to them, using their real names.
Having THEIR blog referenced by another, more well-known blogger is simply nirvana to them.
They would sell their souls in a New York minute to be real journalists, in a real media outlet, and in the real world.
Yet, they already think they are just because they write a blog. Their mindset is such that because there are real journalists who have blogs. they think that they are in the same league with them.
Dream on, is all I can say to them .
I should also mention that I found the incontrovertible proof of the Obama COLB forgery a long time ago, and other FReepers will back me up on it because I posted them here first. Use the Search function to find them.
Replicating my proof is about the easiest thing that anyone can do. They can even do it without any image editing software. All they need is a printer and sheet of laser-ready or inkjet-ready transparency film -- available at any office supply chain like Office Depot, Staples, etc..
So, you can either be patient until TechDude feels that it is safe to return, or you can try out my approach.
The Kos COLB is totally busted, and that's proof you can believe in.
“It is” what?
Thank you, PhilDragoo.
