Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

>>>And they never claim that is his birth certificate—they only imply it.<<<
Not true. Fred Nerks has been posting the direct quotes from Barack’s own campaign site:

Barack Obama’s fake birth certificate is STILL on his campaign website as an authentic document.

THAT is what I wonder.
Me too. They'll get the right frothed up, turns out the web image could be a forgery, but then Obama will whip out the real doc in a public stunt and say, "shame on you, cynical righty's!"
If this turns out otherwise...I'll eat my tinfoil hat.
Looks like maybe you are serious or think you are.
Article II, Sec. 1, Par. 4 of the U S Constitution provides that to be eligible to serve as president of the United States, a citizen must be "natural born" which means under the authorities, born in the U S.
In addition, to be a citizen at all, if born outside the U S, a person must be born to two parents who are both U S Citizens, or if born to two parents, only one of whom is a U S Citizen, that U S Citizen parent must have met certain requirements prior to the birth regarding residency under 8 USCA Sec. 1401. Stanley Ann Dunham did not meet the requirements of 8 USCA Sec. 1401--thus if Obama was born outside the US, he isn't even a citizen much less eligible to serve as president.
None of this is rumors or misrepresentation or any form of negative politics; the above sets forth the law.
The facts are that the only evidence that Obama was born in the US is a fraudulent birth certificate, fake on its face. He doesn't appear in Hawaii Vital Statistics of the day under his current name or any of the historical names he used (Barry Dunham, etc.). The hospital originally cited as his place of birth was not constructed until several years after he was born. No doctor, nurse or anyone else with any knowledge of his birth has come forward to say so. One of his grandfather's wives, Sarah, together with two of his half-siblings are widely quoted as having been present at his birth in Kenya. Also reported is a story about his mother being refused transportation to the US at the end of her pregnancy. Ms. Dunham's girlfriends on Mercer Island are quoted to the effect that she was out of the country when he was born. Wayne Madsen reports in an update that his actual birth records have been located and show his birth as taking place in Kenya.
The record, at least, makes a fair inference that he was born in Kenya and is not eligible to the Presidency--he is not even a citizen of the U S.
Yep, else why bother?
The Obama "Fight the Smear" website has in the past published the larger resolution of the fake BC. They will not get off that easy.
Not true. Native born means you are BORN a citizen, not someone who comes here and BECOMES a citizen. If his mother is a citizen and lived here at least five years, HE IS A NATIVE BORN CITIZEN no matter what country he was born in.
I already have the image Polarik has visible. He mentions, however, the file I’m looking for, the high-rez original. Anybody know how to get in touch with him?
Oh, and I’ve already e-mailed TexasDarlin asking if she has it. She hasn’t responded.

Thanks for that quote from the website....
It will be interesting to see whether John McCain wants to win this election or not.
bump :)
That is total ABSURD NONSENSE, since they have certified to the world that the one on their site is valid. They and they alone would lose all credibility if the one one the site was faked in any way.
These assertions are completely false and designed to play into the worst kind of stereotypes. You can see Barack Obamas birth certificate for yourself and help push back with the truth at:
Then, why was there any questions to John McCain’s place of birth and his eligibility to be President? His mother lived in the US for five years. I believe that Congress had to pass something special so that there was no question that he was eligible (because he was born in the Panama Canal zone)
???
Right wrong or otherwise, you have answered a lot of my questions. Who is Wayne Madsen and do you have a cite?
John McCains parents were both American natural born citizens, yet he had to prove that he is a citizen by law, because he was born in Panama. And BO doesn't? Not to mention his mother was not of age at the time of his birth to make his status automatic when the father was not American.
Absolutely.
:)
“4. December 24, 1952 to November 13, 1986
If, at the time of your birth, both your parents were U.S. citizens and at least one had a prior residence in the United States, you automatically acquired U.S. citizenship with no conditions for retaining it.
If only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16. There are no conditions placed on retaining this type of citizenship. If your one U.S. citizen parent is your father and you were born outside of marriage, the same rules apply if your father legally legitimated you before your 21st birthday and you were unmarried at the time. If legitimation occurred after November 14, 1986, your father must have established paternity prior to your 18th birthday, either by acknowledgment or by court order, and must have stated in writing that he would support you financially until your 18th birthday.”
As far as FR being down on 6/12, Obama having just launched his website, I suspected immediately they had something to do with it........have you heard that or have you considered it?
