(1010 WINS) (NEW YORK) -- City health department officials were investigating on Tuesday a "white powdery substance" that spilled out of an envelope inside the Manhattan offices of ESPN, police said. The substance was mailed to an ESPN employee along with a letter that "was highly critical of a promotional print ad," the company said in a statement. The woman who opened the envelope on Monday afternoon was taken to Roosevelt Hospital, where she was treated and released, said Officer George Jensen, a police spokesman.
