Rose McGowan says the Democratic Party is just as much of a cult as the one she was raised in. Growing up with the Children of God “gave me the ability to see the control and the propaganda machine, especially in the U.S., for what it is and how it harms people,” the actor and activist said Monday on Fox News. The “Brave” author called that ability a “superpower” that allowed her to see that the political left could harm people just as much as the right, if they ignore other aspects of reality. She said she no longer considered...

Actress Ashley Judd alleges that Harvey Weinstein tried to make her watch him shower and give him a massage at a Beverly Hills hotel in the mid ‘90s, and on Wednesday, a federal appeals court ruled that Judd can sue the disgraced former producer under a California sexual harassment law. The sexual harassment portion of Judd’s lawsuit, filed in 2018 and put on hold in the midst of Weinstein’s criminal trial, was initially dismissed by a judge in a lower court because Weinstein was not technically her employer at the time. However, because Weinstein held such a position of power...

In his decision, Hellerstein called the deal 'obnoxious' and said that Fegan 'was wasting (her) time.'

Some people might burn a little sage to clear out bad vibes. Southampton restaurant owner Zach Erdem busts out a sledgehammer, axe, and giant bottle of lighter fluid. Erdem, the owner of 75 Main in Southampton, New York, was troubled by the lingering “bad energy” at a VIP table at his establishment that had been frequented by not one, but two, famous convicted creeps: Jeffrey Epstein and Harvey Weinstein. The table, a high-top designed to seat six, was such a favorite dining spot for Epstein that he once paid another party’s $1,500 bill just to get them to clear out....

Epstein suffered a minor setback in 2008 when local police from Palm Beach, Florida caught him abusing a 14 year-old girl at a massage parlor. The FBI swooped in for the rescue, offering Epstein a sweetheart plea deal which allowed him to serve less than 13 months without ratting out his clientele and with substantial work-release. Epstein continued his trafficking ring for years to come until President Trump managed to confirm William Barr, a seasoned prosecutor willing to attack privileged criminals, as attorney general. Barr arrested Epstein after declaring Epstein’s FBI deal to be illegal. Seeing the writing on the...

The rest of his estate is tied up in bankruptcy and other civil proceedings, multiple sources familiar with the situation confirmed to ABC News. Sources close to Weinstein claimed that the asset freeze has complicated his efforts to appeal his New York conviction and mount a strong defense ahead of his L.A. trial. "He doesn't have the money to file...

Joe Biden, already facing allegations of sexual assault at home and nepotism in China, has chosen a former U.S. senator with his own political baggage on China, ethics, and women to run the search for a vice presidential nominee. Christopher Dodd, who retired from the Senate a decade ago, was a central figure in the 1990s China fundraising scandal, having served as the General Chairman of the Democratic Party at a time it and Bill Clinton’s campaign accepted illegal foreign donations and turned the Lincoln bedroom into a donor perk. The retired Connecticut Democrat also has long boasted a friendship...
