BREAKING NEWS: House oversight Committee seeks evidence to revoke Biden pardons for Dr. Fauci, Milley, and Adam Schiff with Trump’s support.

The U.S. House of Representatives Oversight Committee, led by Republican James Comer, has launched an investigation to gather evidence that could overturn pardons granted by former President Joe Biden to prominent figures such as Dr. Anthony Fauci, retired General Mark Milley, and former Congressman Adam Schiff.

President Donald Trump has publicly backed this initiative:

Biden issued these preemptive pardons on January 20, 2025, his last day in office, to shield these officials from potential investigations under the new administration.

The Committee is questioning the validity of these actions, particularly due to the use of an autopen to sign nearly 1,500 pardons and executive orders, raising doubts over whether Biden was fully aware of the decisions.

Comer stated: “The evidence we have uncovered could lead to questioning the validity of Joe Biden’s pardons and executive orders.”

Republicans argue that the pardons are an attempt to protect figures associated with controversial policies. For example, Schiff faces allegations of financial misconduct for claiming two primary residences.

The process of revoking presidential pardons is legally complex, as the Constitution grants the president broad power in this area.

However, Comer and other lawmakers contend that Biden’s alleged cognitive incapacity could be grounds to challenge their validity.

This investigation promises to be a turning point in U.S. politics, with significant legal and political implications.

LOL!

Not going to happen. Wager anyone?

The pardon power is a plenary power of the Executive Branch. A President cannot revoke the pardons of a previous President.

If the President has to sign a bill into law as an official Constitutional act/duty then there is no way an autopen can be used for a pardon. We are not talking about invitations to certain events, form letters, proclamations (although that one might even be argued), etc... If the President couldn't sign the bill or pardon then the 25th Amendment should be invoked automatically. He cannot perform his duties.

We have to get away from this cabinet/advisor running of government.

I don’t believe so.

That does not mean that Congress can’t subpoena those pardoned and compel them to answer.

The question is...How could Biden pardon where there is no conviction.

Let's look at the absurd....He could have pardoned every Dem in the country...all he had to do was name them.

And now with the burn bags...Looks like he forgot Comey, Hillary, Brennan and Clapper....to name a few.

not a great strategy....the exec gets to pardon without input from the other branches.

BUT...a good case could be made that these weren’t pardons, for many reasons.

Big difference between “revoking a pardon” and “a pardon never happened”.

There’s precedent for pardons like that. Ford’s pardon of Nixon.

It should be looked at by the Congress. But there’s little they or the Judiciary can do to overturn such pardons.

A pardon need not be in writing. The autopen Pardon documents are like receiving your high school diploma....simply a written record.

Music to my ears. My bride and I hope they are successful in the revocations.

In fact, the Ford’s Pardon meant nothing. To use it as precedence is ridiculous.

The pardon power is a plenary power of the Executive Branch. A President cannot revoke the pardons of a previous President.

To my knowledge, a pardon is only for a person's crimes committed, charged, and found guilty. One cannot pardon a person for crimes that don't legally exist; i.e., have not yet even been charged.

Quisling Puppet Joe Biden did NOT pardon any of them!

It was a machine that pardoned them. A machine that was operated by someone other than Joe Biden. Perhaps Jill Biden or his chief of staff. Regardless, it was NOT the vegetable Joe Biden who was too incapacitated to sign anything.

He didn’t sign the pardons. If he has to physically sign a bill into law why wouldn’t he have to physically sign a pardon? It is an official act.

A pardon need not be in writing.

This doesn't really make sense. If it need not be in writing they how do we know it happened?
