Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak arrived in Washington to meet later this week with U.S. President George W. Bush at the Camp David presidential retreat in Maryland. Mubarak arrived in the United States from London where he held talks with Britain's Prime Minister Tony Blair. At their scheduled meetings Friday and Saturday at Camp David, Mubarak will present Bush with a plan to break the Arab-Israeli stalemate by urging him to back the proclamation of a Palestinian mini-state.
