Head of Russia’s Army Housing Service found dead The Russian Prosecutor’s General Office is investigating the death of a senior officer. General- Colonel Viktor Vlasov was the acting head of the army's housing service at the Defence Ministry. According to the Ria Novosti news agency, the General was found dead in his Moscow office on Thursday morning. A gun was found next to his body.
