A whistleblower sent  PETA a CD-ROM showing Kappa Sigma fraternity members at the University of Missouri in Rolla torturing a box turtle by strapping explosives to his back and lighting them repeatedly. At one point in the video, frat members can be heard yelling, “He’s still alive!” What appears to be firecrackers and bottle rockets were plastered to the turtle’s shell and lit by screaming, cruel Kappa Sigma members. PETA wrote to Kappa Sigma headquarters only to be told that “appropriate disciplinary action has been taken to address the situation.”...

The passenger was checking baggage for a Southwest Airlines flight around 5:15 this morning.
