I have been a casual observer of polls for over three decades, since early 1979 (about the same time in the 1980 election cycle as we find ourselves in the 2012 cycle) when Jimmy Carter was posting a 57-35 lead over Ronald Reagan in the respected Gallup poll. I basically watch FOX news, because the others are complete and total liars, but it has become almost funny, (sad) watching the commentators bending every which way they can to not mention Sarah..... It always Romney, or hucklberry or Trump....they just can't mention her name, and she is clearly the front runner no matter what Trump or ANYONE says.... I'm just curious what the official Free Republic stance is on Obama's birth certificate with respect to the 2012 election. Is demanding Obama produce his long form birth certificate a requirement of every prospective candidate? Is it the litmus test for supporting a candidate? So where Mitt Romney is rightly persona non grata around here it is OK to push Donald Trump and defend his positions because he is pushing the birth certificate issue?
