ROME (AP) - Italy's government on Friday formally agreed to send peacekeeping troops to Lebanon, though Premier Romano Prodi said the number of soldiers hadn't yet been determined. The decision, made during a Cabinet meeting, was "absolutely, totally unanimous," Prodi said. It came one day after his office said he was pushing the United Nations for explicit ground rules for the peacekeeping force.
