Believe it. A New Jersey-based atheist group is starting the first on-demand TV channel dedicated to godlessness. AtheistTV will be launching this summer with big plans to reach out to atheists, humanists, freethinkers, and folks who are looking for a way out of faith. Members of American Atheists, the organization behind the endeavor, think it’s about time. “There’s a glut of religious TV programming out there, from televangelists to Christmas specials,” spokesman Dave Muscato told The News. “But there’s no atheist channel. "Ready-meals, remote controls and even Internet shopping are all contributing to a dangerously lazy and...

The television series is filming its 100th episode on the DVIDS mission and how Third Army Public Affairs tells service members’ stories around the world through DVIDS and satellite technology. “Third Army’s DVIDS and ‘Mail Call’ are trying to do the same job,” said R. Lee Ermey, host of “Mail Call.” DVIDS has provided Ermey and his...

The Epoch Times is a popular newspaper in the Chinese global community and with those seeking more in-depth and insightful reporting on Chinese issues than what is available in mass media. When the newspaper began printing its scathing "Nine Commentaries" on the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), printers in Hong Kong could not print them fast enough to satisfy eager readers. After an initial run of 30,000 copies, addition printings were ordered. Soon they ran out of paper before printing almost a million copies. Visitors from China carried the copies of the commentaries back into the mainland. As previously reported by...
