Republican Donald Trump has pulled into a virtual tie with Vice President Kamala Harris, according to the final poll commissioned by The Post ahead of Tuesday’s election — erasing a four-percentage point deficit as the race entered October. The survey by Leger found Trump, 78, and Harris, 60, each receiving 49% support among likely voters, with the remaining 2% saying they would back another candidate. Harris has lost two points of support from the Oct. 1 Leger poll for The Post, which showed her leading the 45th president 51% to 47%.

My guess is that most of us voted in the last election, and for Trump. If so, did you vote on election day or did you vote early? How about this year? Have you voted yet or do you intend to vote on November 5? In 2020 and 2016 I voted on election day. This year, I voted ten days ago for Trump however. My wife says she is waiting until November 5. How about you?

They say that truth is the first casualty of war. Maybe it is. It is certainly the first casualty of Democratic press coverage of Donald Trump when he is running for president. “Trump escalates violent rhetoric, calling for Liz Cheney to be shot.” Gosh. Did he really? No, he didn’t. But CNN wants you to think so, and they are happy to wheel out frantic NeverTrumpers like Jonah Goldberg to fulminate against the Bad Orange Man for threatening Cheney, one of the former president’s most outspoken critics. The trouble is, the full clip of Trump’s appearance with Tucker Carlson shows...

Polling guru Nate Silver lashed out at other survey junkies in his field for “cheating” in the final stretch of the 2024 presidential election — accusing them of recycling some results to keep the race between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris close. The FiveThirtyEight founder said irresponsible pollsters were “herding” their numbers, or using past results to affect current ones, to keep Vice President Harris and former President Trump to within a point or two of each other each time. “I kind of trust pollsters less,” Silver said on his podcast, name-checking Emerson College. “They all, every time a pollster...

Former President Donald Trump is attracting massive crowds as the election barrels down and he travels coast to coast. Trump has taken no days off, traveling across the country and sometimes holding multiple events a day. He’ll be in more states. On Thursday, he’s literally traveling all over the country, hitting every single battleground state — Pennsylvania, Georgia, again, he’ll be in North Carolina, Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, and Wisconsin — all over the next seven days,” Trump campaign press secretary Karoline Leavitt said during an appearance on Breitbart News Daily earlier this week. “So it’s a busy schedule. We’ve been...

Republican voters who left the Democrat stronghold of California for neighbouring Nevada could help win the swing state for Donald Trump, supporters and a senator have claimed. Some 150,000 Californians have moved across the border since 2020, and now make up 20 per cent of the state's population. It is not clear how many of these are Republicans, but the gap between registered Democrats and GOP members has been narrowing - from 111,000 in 2020 to 71,000 in 2023.

Maybe Trump-bashing isn't all its cracked up to be. It’s hard to measure the intensity of negative media coverage of former President Donald Trump, but it’s safe to say it’s rising as Election Day approaches. What’s interesting to note is that in the face of unrelentingly negative coverage — at a high level now, but negative for a long time — the public views Trump more favorably than it has since he entered politics. Asking voters whether they have a favorable or unfavorable opinion of a politician is a staple of polling. The politician is referred to as being underwater...

Alpha News is based in Minnesota. They recently sent a reporter to Mankato, Tim Walz’s hometown in the state, and every person they interviewed is voting for Donald Trump. Can you even imagine what will happen if Trump wins Minnesota while Kamala Harris is running with the sitting governor of the state? It would be a massive humiliation for the Harris campaign and the Democrat party. Minnesota hasn’t gone red since Nixon. The polls in Minnesota are close. Trump absolutely could pull out a shocking win here. From Alpha News: ‘Don’t care for the man’: Alpha News finds frosty reception...

The biggest mistake Kamala Harris made during her three-month campaign against Donald Trump has been revealed. Voters disclosed in an exclusive DailyMail.com/J.L. Partners national survey that the vice president should have distanced herself from President Joe Biden sooner. According to the poll of 1,000 likely voters, her 'biggest blunder' is that she would 'not change anything' from the Biden administration. Harris was asked on The View last month about what she would change about Biden's presidency. 'There is not a thing that comes to mind,' Harris responded. Harris defended the president's record and added: 'I've been a part of most...

CNN senior political data reporter Harry Enten said Wednesday on “CNN News Central” that former President Donald Trump may defeat Vice President Kamala Harris in the presidential election next week because just 28% of Americans think the country is on the wrong track. Enten said, “So look, just 28 % of Americans voters think the country is going in the right direction, is on the right track. I want to put that into historical perspective for you.” He continued, “What’s the average percentage of the public that thinks that the country is on the right track when the incumbent party...

With only three days to go to vote early in Nevada, Republican turnout continues to crush Democrats. As of Tuesday, the GOP enjoys an unprecedented (in the state’s early vote history) lead of 42,796 votes. Earlier this week, when Breitbart News reported on these numbers, Republicans led by only 26,000 votes and everyone assumed that was the peak. Nope. So far, 309,905 Republicans have voted early, compared to just 264,109 Democrats. Another 203,012 Independents have also voted early. This gives the GOP a 5.5-point lead.
