The father of Andrew Getty, the socialite son who died back in March of ulcers and meth, has filed legal docs to collect a fortune from his dead son's estate. Gordon Getty, the son of J. Paul Getty, has filed a creditor's claim for $14.1 million. Gordon, who famously negotiated the sale of his family's oil business to Texaco for more than $10 billion, claims he bankrolled his son for years, with loans totaling more than $10.6 million.
