MADRAS, Ore. -- A community memorial service will be held next Saturday for Private First Class Thomas Tucker of Madras, the soldier who disappeared during an insurgent attack in Iraq and was killed. The service will begin at 1 p.m. at the Deschutes County Fairgrounds Expo Center in Redmond.
