Former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, a Texas Republican, says the GOP must energize its base or Hillary Clinton could be the next U.S. president. He said Sen. Clinton, D-N.Y., has "built the biggest, most powerful coalition that I've ever witnessed in my lifetime." DeLay told CNN he does not support the front-runners in the race for the GOP presidential nomination.
