A glamorous New York influencer has posted a video of a crazed stranger punching her in the head, knocking her to the ground — while detailing her struggles to get him arrested. Author and online coach Kindra Hall posted security footage Wednesday showing her walking down an Upper East Side sidewalk last week when a man going in the opposite direction suddenly lashes out and hits her. The footage shows her tumbling back and falling over scarily close to the road. Hall then filmed her own footage of the man as he walked away — and turned around, taunting her...

Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) basically bared his soul on the Senate floor when introducing his JUSTICE Act this past week, candidly explaining why police reform was so important to him, the only black Republican senator in Congress and how he too has been targeted by law enforcement simply because of his skin color. But Democrats weren't moved by his vulnerable story. Not even to the point where they'd allow debate on the bill. To make matters worse, they've done nothing but insult Sen. Scott and his 5-year long effort to bring some real change to the nation's police departments. Sen....

On Thursday, Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-OH) made his first-ever appearance on NBC’s “The Tonight Show” in which he discussed his background and some of the issues of the day. “I don’t have any problem with the Tea Party,” Boehner said. “Those people have brought great energy to the political process. Most of them have never been involved before. You know, when you agree with someone 90 percent of the time, they’re not your enemy. My problem was with some Washington organizations who purport to represent the Tea Party who I think mislead them. There’s nothing I could...

GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- Trayvon Martin's mother, Sybrina Fulton, and older brother, Jahvaris Fulton, 21, were in New York City on Thursday for an interview with CNN's Anderson Cooper, not thinking they were going to visit Madison Square Garden the following day. Memos from 2010 show some in senior positions were aware of tactics used in a surveillance operation in which firearms were allowed into Mexico in a failed effort to catch drug cartel leaders. Senior Justice Department officials were aware that ATF agents allowed firearms to be "walked" into Mexico, according to a series of emails last year in which they discussed two undercover operations on the Southwest border, including the failed Fast and Furious program. In the emails that the department turned over to congressional investigators, Justice Department officials last October discussed both the Fast and Furious gun-trafficking surveillance operation...
