Stockton -- San Joaquin County supervisors have blocked a plan to build an Islamic school south of Lodi that has been caught up in a federal terrorism investigation. Federal authorities deported two Islamic religious leaders to Pakistan, alleging they planned to use the school as a terrorist recruiting center.
