2011 Boston TEA Party Rally Disrupted by Union Thugs (illegally?) enabled by Boston Police (Parts 1,2,3) Just as the 2011 Boston TEA Party rally was beginning, a group of Public Sector Union thugs marched in, planted themselves directly in front of the podium and blocked the speakers. They chanted offensive slogans on the 3 megaphones they had brought and continued to do so for the entire 2 hours! The Boston Police, also Public Sector Union members, came in and stood in front of them. The police did not ask the disruptors to leave, even after Michael Graham on the bandstand...

Four potential Republican presidential hopefuls showed up, but the turnout for the New Hampshire Tea Party tax day rally was rather tepid. On a brilliant spring day in Concord, perfect for a rally, only about 300 came to protest taxes and the Obama Administration, a far cry from the robust rallies held ahead of the 2010 elections. Tim Pawlenty and Rick Santorum — who have declared they are exploring a run for the Republican presidential nomination in 2012 — and Herman Cain and Buddy Roemer — who are considered potential hopefuls — joined state politicians in an attempt to get...

I caught the CBS News evening report tonight for the first time in about 2 decades. They led off with a report of Sarah Palin's speech in Wisconsin, and they of course provided liberal spin. They claim there were far more liberals (i.e. union thugs) than Tea Partiers (claiming the thugs surrounded the smaller Tea Party crowd). But something caught my eye during the report, specifically when they did a pan of the "liberal crowd"...but they pulled a Dan Rather by using video footage from some liberal rally prior to the April 5th Wisconsin Supreme Court election. How do I know...
  • Palin rallies Madison Tea Party crowd (a crowd of thousands)

Madison — Speaking to a tea party rally ringed by protesters outside the state Capitol, Sarah Palin defended Gov. Scott Walker's stance against public employee unions and then took aim at both the national Republican Party and President Barack Obama. The former Alaska governor and Republican vice presidential nominee addressed a crowd of thousands that was whipped by sleet and near-freezing temperatures nearly one month into spring.

YouTube video by Meade.Note by Kristinn: The ten minute video was shot from the periphery of the crowd at the Madison Tea Party rally during Sarah Palin's speech. The union members and their supporters did their best to drown out Palin with jeers, chants, horns, bells, boos, etc. While Palin is not seen in the video, having watched her speech live I can appreciate how poised she was under the steady barrage of noise trying to shut her down or throw her off her game.Andrew Breitbart, who introduced Palin at the rally, wrote at Big Government of the profane sexual abuse...
