40-year-old woman indicted for having sexual relationship with teenage boy BY ELIZABETH LANGTON AVALANCHE-JOURNAL A 40-year-old mother was indicted Tuesday on charges of engaging in a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old boy. Tammy Nipp of Wolfforth faces sexual assault charges in connection with four sexual encounters with the teenager, according to court documents. Nipp was arrested in June and released on $25,000 bond. Authorities learned of the allegations from an attorney representing Nipp's husband. The attorney told sheriff's deputies the husband learned about the affair from his daughter.
