LONDON (AFP) - British foreign policy and in particular the Iraq war has made it easier for Islamist extremists to recruit young British Muslims, according to a report released here Thursday. The study -- "Counter Terrorism: The London Debate" -- was prepared for the capital's Metropolitan Police Authority which oversees London's police force.
