The Wisconsin Elections Commission, which is represented by the Wisconsin Department of Justice, filed a petition to the Wisconsin Supreme Court to take up Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s case to remove himself from November ballots. The commission also filed it's response to Kennedy's legal appeal.
