A QUEENSLAND judge has warned a man guilty of a bomb hoax not to be a "smart arse". Dominic Arthur Burns, 21, of Brisbane, today pleaded guilty in the Brisbane District Court to a bomb hoax he committed against a recruitment agency on September 16, 2005.
