The humongous bill that Democrats in Washington, D.C. are assembling this week is a slap in the face to Americans who work, pay taxes and support their families. It may have been a very slow process but a group of baby sloths have learned to climb by scaling and then swinging from the back of a rocking chair. The young mammals were captured in some heartwarming footage by zoologist and broadcaster Lucy Cooke during a visit to the Toucan Rescue Ranch in Costa Rica.
