Election So Smooth, Michael Moore Packs Up, Leaves Few Problems Reported, Turnout 'Amazing' UPDATED: 11:29 pm EST November 2, 2004 MIAMI -- In what Gov. Jeb Bush interpreted as a positive comment on a smooth Election Day, filmmaker Michael Moore, in South Florida on the lookout for election problems, packed up his crew and headed to Ohio Tuesday afternoon. The turnout for voting was being called "amazing" by some of those manning the polls in South Florida. In Broward County, the number of people who voted Tuesday is expected to exceed the 66 percent who voted in the 2000, perhaps...
  • John O'Neill vs. Michael Moore -- in 2004, it is all you need to know

In the 2004 election campaign, there can be no more stark diffence between the parties than is exemplified by looking at John O'Neill and Michael Moore. In one sense, they have something in common. Each is having some impact on the election; O'Neill with a book and Moore with a "documentary." The similarities, however, end there. While O'Neill was very careful to use documents, affidavits, and other evidence to tell the truth, Moore has a very reckless disdain for the truth. He is clearly nothing more than a wealthy propagandist. O'Neill's efforts are those of the veterans who were there,...
  • Columbine victim Mark Taylor on Michael Moore -- "He screwed me over."

    07/01/2004 10:05:04 AM PDT · by doug from upland · 31 replies · 403+ views
Mark Taylor - Columbine Victim "I am completely against him (Moore). He screwed me over," said Mark Taylor, who with Richard Castaldo was featured in the Kmart segment that resulted in the removal of bullets from the retailer's shelves nationwide. "He completely used us to make a buck." Taylor contends Moore wasn't upfront about his intentions when the three visited Kmart's headquarters in Troy, Mich. Taylor said he was led to believe the visit would involve a talk with the chairman about enforcing policies on selling ammunition to youth and improving gun safety. Even with bullets still lodged in his...
  • LARRY ELDER TO RIP SLOB MICHAEL MOORE IN HIS DOCUMENTARY "MICHAEL AND ME"

I have heard Larry talking about a project on which he has been working for some time. It is a documentary. He has given some hints that, included in his real documentary, would be a skewering of the lies of Michael Moore. Finally, Larry gave us some more info today. His documentary is called "Michael and Me." Larry is very precise in his work, and this should be a great documentary. When it comes out, let's support it.
