DFU SONG: Crying (I hope this can help ease the RATS' pain)
DFU SONGS | 11-2004 | Lyrics, Doug from Upland

MIDI - CRYING (scroll down the list to find it)

The exit polls had looked great...I bet Rove was irate
4 more years, I think not...Kerry had been red hot
George Bush fills me with such hate

Things were going well, then they went to hell
And I've been crying endlessly...crying endlessly
Oh, I had such hope...now I'm feeling like a dope
And I keep crying, crying, crying, crying

Don't people understand...red states all should be banned
I keep on crying

I thought that this would be our year...MTV made clear
P. Diddy was my guy...he said vote or die
I cannot get enough beer

Don't they understand...red states all should be banned
Crying endlessly...crying endlessly
I had such hope...I think I'll get a rope
I can't stop crying

McAuliffe said we'd win for sure...that John Kerry's the cure
And almost every night I watched Fahrenheit
I think the world's gone insane

Don't they understand...red states all should be banned
Crying endlessly...crying endlessly
I had such hope...I think I'll get a rope
I keep crying, crying, crying, crying
I'm crying, crying...I cry freaking endlessly

As long as the dems keep killing babies, promoting homosexuals, and race baiting, they will always be sunk!

I feel their pain. Here is an example --

"For 2 whole days, I layed in the corner drooling & making weird sounds…"

No. If it was, I would be dead a couple centuries ago. :)

Sorry then. I must have been mistaken. But I'd swear that the poetry was his.

Well, to be compared with Eumolpius from "Satyricon" is rather ironic as a praise... he was an inveterate poetaster who always had to relieve himself of a poem or two, and even was scribbling some poetry during a shipwreck, IIRC...

This is in keeping with the tradition. Hopefully, not while driving?

I think God will forgive me for not showing human compassion just this once.

Which one is the classy one who wore the see-through?

Stunned at Election Results
The Boston Herald | 11/4/04 | Angie Calligan Tucker

I sit here with tears in my eyes, stunned, trying to wrap my brain around the idea that just over half of the 60 percent of eligible voters are apparently gullible.

Perhaps John Kerry wasn’t your first choice, but how could George Jr. be any choice at all? I never thought I would miss his father.

This country needs voters who can think, not just turn on the radio and ask Rush Limbaugh “What should I think today?” Millions of us will need to wait at least four years to get sick or have a toothache.

The party of “morals” and “family values” have left millions of American citizens despondent. Hey, Christian Conservatives, what would Jesus do? Greed, power and arrogance are not family values.

Insurance executives ought to stay up nights to help a worried mother comfort her uninsured sick child. Mining executives need to explain why some of their employees suffer from nervous system disorders.

Corporate executives should be required to live in the country they ship jobs to. George Jr. and his cohorts should learn how it feels to stress over the looming last meager unemployment insurance payment. The moral, decent and right tenet in this country should be very simple -- if we are willing to work hard for it, we should be able to achieve it: Home, health care, higher education, comfort and seecurity. I don’t think that’s asking too much.

Thank God, only four more years... Thank you, John Kerry, for trying.
