A Florida father confessed to police to putting acid used to make methamphetamine inside his 3-year-old's sippy cup, according to reports. A Phoenix woman was arrested and charged with child abuse after police said she put beer into her 2-year-old son's sippy cup at a pizza restaurant. Valerie M.
